I really loved this place and was a regular, until recently. The last few times I’ve bought a bagel sandwich has been ridiculous. When I used to get them they had a good amount of product on them. However, the last few times I’ve gone there this is what the bagel sandwiches have looked like. 6$ for literally 2 pieces of bacon and half of an egg is so pathetic. Hopefully they fix this issue because I do like this place.

I’ve been coming here for almost two years very consistently. At this point it’s just a convenient location near my home and never something I look forward too. Drinks are consistently made either way to sweet or just entirely incorrectly. I’ve worked in the service industry for 10 years and the most important element to maintain a loyal customer base is the service. The girls don’t remember me, have never asked me for my name, but somehow remember my boyfriend and our order when he’s there and magically they understand how customer service works because they think they can flirt with him for a tip?? Today I ordered an Iced tea with freeze dried strawberries, which they consistently are out of, and my boyfriends regular coffee. They didn’t tell me they didn’t have them and just made my tea and it looks like they didn’t even steep it before it was iced. I basically got flavored ice water. Beyond disappointed

Seriously awesome coffee and service!! I went through today and got an “Oreo something” that my partner ordered and omg there was a whole Oreo in the bottom of it . The person taking our order was so sweet and jeeeeeez this coffee is good that I had to leave a review!

I love this place they make great coffee the people that work here are exceptional the food is always good and they are really quick coffee has been my road dog for about 29 years and if you’re in Coeur d’Alene and you need great coffee quick efficient service this is the only coffee stand worth your time I honestly cannot think of any complaints

After 5 years of day in day out loyalty an constant price raising it was explained to me that the cup and ice all cost a certain amount so I began bringing my own cup to balance things out. The owner then changes her story an say the cup doesn’t cost anything only the ice” On what planet this is acceptable I’m not sure I hate when people lie to your face. So I called her out for the Greedy, Selfish person that she is. I’d rather give my business to someone who appreciates it anyway. If you like high prices an long wait times this is the spot.
