Sorry to have to give a bad report, but we paid $20 for our food and my husband’s French fries were really cold. I asked for hot fries and after 10 or more minutes I asked about the fries. I was told there was a large order they were working on. So I still waited maybe another 10 minutes. We were finished with our meal and I asked to speak to a manager. She said they were getting out a large order “for the owner”. I said what about your customers waiting here? Her response was this is for the owner and I’m going with their order. No apologies…only excuses. Sorry…we won’t be back.

Have been eating here every Friday night since they opened years ago. Fried fish used to be the best and the last few weeks it has been inedible, not even recognizable as fried fish. They have lost my business for good as well as the business of many of my friends & family members.

Chicken had raw batter inside. Onion rings taste like raw batter. Red beans smelled like dog doo. Nothing really has a flavor very bland and they take entirely to long to get the food out. I wont be going back.

I called in a order for Leaders Fried Chicken Inc. for my family and my husband picked it up at the St. Amant location. The lady on the phone was so nice and friendly. The order was right and the food was hot and delicious.

Fantastic food…it just takes entirely too long to get the food. It was like that since the previous owners as well. I call it in and wait as long as they tell me to wait. I get here and wait another 20 minutes. Doesn’t matter if you’re inside or at the drive thru.

It was our first time visiting and we arrived about 25 min before they closed… they did not make us feel rushed and they offered to drop some more breasts even though it would take 15 min to cook them. We didn’t want to do that to them so we took what they had. The chicken was so juicy and the grease was fresh. I got fried okra and it was the best fried okra I think Ive ever eaten. Everything was really fresh and seasoned perfectly. We got chocolate cake for desert. it was moist and delicious we will definitely go back… oh and it was reasonably priced also!

Arrived to pick up my to go order. I was told it’s taking longer because they are “waiting on fish to come out..3 more minutes…sorry 6-7 minutes” as I watched fish being given to other customers after I arrived for pick up. Ordered at 5:14 and left at 6:40 pm without half of my order because they didn’t have it. They need to get a better process for to go orders because it seems like the only orders they put together are dine in.
