We went to drive thru. We were told we had to come in to place an order. Then we had to call to place order then go inside to pick up order. We wanted no salt on the fries. The young man stated they couldn’t eliminate salt on the fries. The food is not that good so they should be grateful for people ordering the chicken with no seasoning. I ate there one time and I will never order food again.

Food and Service was horrible! Ordered food was told it would be 10 minutes. Arrived at the window 6 minutes after placing my order. I waited a few minutes to receive the food and the only thing in the bag that was hot was the fries. I called and let the manager know and she tell me the food is made while it’s called in and I took a while to get the food (after sitting at the window waiting) that’s why everything was cold! That was a lie! Instead of making my food fresh.

Called in order spent 75 dollars and still had to wait 15 minutes past promised time. The chicken was ok the tenders are the winner and the coleslaw was amazing. The rice dressing was nasty I hope they get a new recipe for it. The onion rings was also very good.

This place has the best food my husband and I love it. My only draw back is for a person like myself who does not eat rice only eat chicken once a week ,,,, I ordered red beans NO RICE FRENCH FRIES NO SALT !! MY FRIES HAD SALT !! The young ladies told me they THEY DON’T DO NO SALT FRIES !! She was frying some then all she had to do was give me some out of that batch !!

I was really unsure about this place at first. But I finally tried them because I had a busy day and just didn’t want to cook. The prices are amazing. They let you choose which pieces of chicken you want. Nobody else does that. It is always fresh and hot and my family loves it. We are regulars now. If you give them a chance you will be too.

Update: I went back in today against my better judgment after boycotting for close to 2 years…. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered a 2 piece with fries, onion ring, and gizzards. I was told it would take 7 minutes for my 2 piece, fine. I started seeing them put onion rings & gizzard under the heat lamp. I asked how much longer on my chicken, and I was told 5 minutes. So I asked for my items that were sitting under the lamp because I don’t like my food sitting. I was told they couldn’t do that(my food???). The entire time, there was a young man cooking food with long hair who kept wiping sweat off his face, wore no gloves, and was being very unsanitary. On top of it all, they came off very racist the last few times I’ve gone inside the restaurant. I’M DONE.
