Slots overall are tight!! For example, 75 cent bet won a $1 on this hit!! Also, Friday night went to have a steak dinner at 10:15. The restaurant was closed!! May never return here!!

We visited LBV the weekend before Valentines Day, with a group of 6. We were one of the first tables seated, as our reservation was for 5 o’clock. After we ordered we found that they were out of 2 of the items requested (salmon and lamb chops). The waiter made a suggestion of Sea Bass. When the Sea Bass arrived, I took a bite, and it was raw. My understand was that Sea Bass is supposed to be a very flakey and delicious fish…. This fish was not. My fork made a sound as it was pushed through the meat. This made me sick to my stomach. I then had to wait for a new meal as my party ate. In the end they charged me FULL price for my meal. I am beyond disappointed and while I have had many great experiences at this restaurant, I don’t think I will return.

This place is incredible. Fantastic atmosphere and filets that make your mouth water. Grab that triple chocolate cake it is to die for. LBV also features a pretty stellar wine selection. We make the drive down from Pittsburgh just for dinner here and it is worth the trip every time!

The food here, especially for the price, is exceptional. Our orders were perfectly done, and the sides we had were delicious. Our server was fantastic, checking in on us without being intrusive. The atmosphere, which I would describe as peaceful and muted, is just what I want for an intimate meal. LBV Steakhouse will definitely continue to be a regular visit.

Jeremy is the best and most professional manager of this establishment. He definitely goes above and beyond for whatever you or your company need to eat at his establishment. Corey is the bartender here and his company is worth sitting at the bar area of the restaurant. Such a great team herw and absolute fantastic food!!! Worth every penny!!!

I have been dining at LBV for a number of years and I am NEVER disappointed in the food or the service. The bar is small.but they serve excellent cocktails. Great wine list also. Jeremy, who manages the restaurant and his staff do an outstanding job. Great atmosphere and service! I can’t believe they get any bad reviews! Great place and I highly recommend it.

Nice atmosphere and pretty good service. However, the food is mediocre at best. I ordered a ribeye which was so tough I could not cut it. This is the second time I have had steak here and I would not recommend the steaks or the seafood. Shrimp cocktail was sub par as well. I’m pretty sure whatever they served us was not ribeye. The only items I would recommend are the chicken and or the veal scaloppini, baked potato, mashed. Avoid the truffle potatoes. Bread was delicious. This could be such a nice place if it were well managed.

My Girlfriend and I came from Akron OH to eat here again and were very disappointed. Sides were bland, flavorless and dried out as well as the bread being so crunchy it caused our entire table to be covered in crumbs when cut. Butter was refrigerated and in cubes not fresh churned as we had before. Manager comped 12 dollars for the 2 sides that are included with the meal. The salad dressing was all oil and the French onion soup was basically just broth with a chunk of cheese in it. I make these dishes better at home. The steaks and oysters were the only items we were not disappointed in. This is supposed to be a fancy restaurant with high prices. It should be prepared and presented as such and was not. This ruined our Valentines Day!!!

Very delicious! The chefs do an amazing job! We heard other guests order items not on the menu. We didn’t get told about specials or other items we didn’t know about. Other than that, our appetizer, main course, and dessert we all good. They have a great wine menu as well.

Not very “Classy” at all. We were so excited to finally eat at this restaurant but was very disappointed in our service. First our Waiter tried to rush us to order. Didn’t appreciate that but I guess we should had because then our waiter got 3 more tables and we were “Chopped Liver” to him! He knew the people at 2 of those tables and the third he probably thought he was going to get a great big tip from them from the way they were acting! So, we start out with the bread, no plates had to ask then had the chopped salad, it was suppose to come with bacon but no bacon, I told our waiter’s assistant and he said he would mention this to the kitchen. Then our petit filet and potato side dishes came out before we were done with our salads. I asked for medium and the filet came out medium RARE! I hate to send back because then the filet usually comes back well done. In this case it came out “Burnt” and half medium rare and half medium!! But I wasn’t going to send back again!! Mean time our salad dishes were still on our table no sign from our original waiter because he was too busy trying to impress his regular customers and of course trying to get that big tip from the high rollers! I had to ask for more water, really!! We walked away very upset with the over all service. Our meal cost $85.00 anywhere else we would have been treated a whole lot better for a high price meal!! And guess what, we were going to tip better than the usually 20% but had a hard time even leaving the 20%, but we did. So dumb of us for the way we were treated!! So sad
