Located on 22nd St & Larimer St. I’m not sure what the parking situation is since we were introduced to this place while on a food tour.

Good empanadas, very tasty, although a bit pricey in my opinion. The spicy ground beef and the fresh mushrooms were the best.

Good empanadas with a great variety of savory and sweet. We tried the spinach and cheese, steak, and beef empanadas. We also tried their sweet dessert homemade dulce de Leche alafor was delicious.

Delicious empanadas, we came here on a food tour and it was definitely one of the stars of the tour, got to try the ground beef but doubled back after the tour to order caprese, and spicy chicken & steak. Detoxifies all around and great location near Coors field! Would highly recommend!

I don’t know how many times I’ve driven past this place before i finally made a stop for a quick dinner tonight. Wondering why I hadn’t…Really great tasting empanadas, great variety, and the prices are not too crazy, given its proximity to Coors Field. You can choose from a dozen savory fillings (“Savory”), a handful of sweet (chocolate, caramel, etc.) fillings, or other items like salads. Indoor seating and some seats outside on the street. Parking is on the street (watch for traffic, it’s Park Avenue) with parking meters. Overall, a nice place to grab a quick bite.

Food was good and was reasonably fast to come out. However when they say “spicy” its not even close to spicy, and the portion size is TINY for what you pay. I mean small small. Need 4 for the average person to consider it a meal which would be close to $20 not including tip. On the opposing end though, they are very tasty and flavorful

Stopped in after the game and grabbed a few empanadas to go. They were good kind of smaller than what I’m used too. But the flavors were definitely there. They were baked and not fried, which was great. Definitely would come back.

WOW ! What a treat. Totally not expecting this quality of a meal. At a very nice, clean, and pleasant atmosphere, hole in the wall, called Lazo Empanadas. People were friendly and had great recommendations for us newcomers. We highly recommend if you are ever in Denver Colorado to try them out! They will not disappoint you!

Always a great place to go. We got the 10 empanada special with a bucket of beer. Split four ways its a good meal. Their empanada are marked with ridges in different patterns to tell you what’s inside. Their dessert empanada are super tasty!

We came here as part of a food tour, and each of us on the tour tried the beef empanada. I thought it was delicious, although pretty sweet tasting. The green sauce is a must have and makes the empanada next level. I noticed that they ship, so hoping to order some of the other varieties, as they had several that sound delicious.
