This place was amazing!! The food was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to provide top tier service. We arrived from out of town with our small dog, and had chosen this diner for the good reviews and outdoor seating pictured on Google. Well, we found out the outdoor tables technically weren’t available but when I mentioned our dog the hostess quickly went into action to set us up outside anyway. Multiple staff quickly brought us our drinks and took our order, even throwing in a special “pup cup” treat for our dog of vanilla ice cream and bacon. He loved it! Our meals were equally delicious. My husband loved the toasted 3-decker club sandwich and potato salad. I ordered the gyro and onion rings which blew my mind with their tasty freshness! The tzatziki sauce on the gyro was so yummy, and the pita was the best I’ve ever tasted. Usually when I get pita bread it’s kind of dry and tough, but this was light, soft, flaky, and tasted so fresh!! 10/10 experience and the friendly staff made our day. Also — incredibly affordable!

The food was delicious with ridiculously huge portions. The atmosphere was friendly and upbeat. The service was quick even though they were busy. The cook was very good on the grill, not to mention cute and nice to look at while he was making our food.

I asked my server to make me want to come back with the selection she chose. She didn’t disappoint. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere is one of a kind. My family and I will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful start to our day in Erie.

Been here many times over the years and it’s one of my fave places for breakfast anywhere. An authentic dinor dating back to 1948 with amazing food and very friendly staff! Highly recommend!

This is a hometown, homemade comfort food hot spot. Tucked away in the heart of Lawrence Park. It’s the type of place you can sit and reminisce about what you did, where you went as a kid. Everyone had someone in the family working at GE, and you can picture the people coming here for generations.

Fun diner car with great people running it. The food is huge portions, very reasonable, homemade. The pancakes are enormous. The cinnamon roll was dry. They use whipped topping on their pies. As cute as the place is the booths are really uncomfortable. I noted some take outs which makes sense. This is a nice family owned business we should definitely support!

It makes me so happy to find hidden GEMS like this along our travels. We had a late Sunday breakfast, by far the best meal of the weekend. We have eaten in some pretty expensive steakhouses during the past few days all of which were pretty underwhelming.

A really fun diner to stop for breakfast. The restaurant only has 5 booths + counter space so you may have a wait if you come during a busy time. Coffee was surprisingly good! Children’s sized meals were really well portioned, my little ate everything and loved it.
