Placed an order for pickup online for Jeff Rd location. They had the order bagged and ready upon arrival. I got back to work and the order was missing 6 sauces 6 sour cream and had No plastic ware for me or my friend to eat our food. I Called them & was transferred to store manager Misty. I told her of the missing sauces, sour cream and plastic ware. I advised we ordered the pickup so we can eat at work. She said we can come pick up the sauces. I repeated we are at work. She said we could go to another restaurant at to get plastic ware. I reminded her we still don’t have the sauces we paid for to eat the food. I asked her could she add us to the list and make our order correctly. She said no. We could get free sauces the next time we order. I advised that still would not fix our current issue. She said she’s doing what corporate said she could do. I asked for the number to corporate to give my complaint on her poor customer service and she hung up on me. I called back and she hung on me again. I told my manager who was the person that paid for the food. And she said she would approve me going back. Went to location and Misty lied and said the sauces & plastic were in the bag. I advised her we wouldn’t have driven 15 minutes back if that was the case. I also told her our food is now cold. Misty still didn’t offer to correct the issue. She still would not provide the number to corporate so issue my complaint. So Misty is a liar and provides poor to no customer service. My coworkers used to order here often but not after today. This is the worst customer experience I’ve had in any restaurant! I Do not recommend.

There is no dining in at this location. It is carryout or drive through only so be aware of that. Food is good and typical of Lawlers. The ice machine was out and they were so busy that they didn’t have time to refill it. It didn’t affect me since I didn’t have a drink, but it did affect others. Very small waiting area, but they kept things moving pretty well and I waited maybe 5-7 minutes for my order. Would go back again.

I heard of the two loaded baked potato Tuesday and wanted to try it out! I am so happy I did, the drive-thru cashier was so polite, professional and efficent! The food came swiftly and Hott!! I had a chicken and pulled pork, I like the white sauce qith the chicken and red sauce with the pork! The potatoes were huge and delicious. I would recommend, the only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I didnt go on the inside yet, but I will because the food was good and I was treated nicely!!

Lawlers BBQ is always a reliable option! They stay busy at this location especially the drive through. Highly recommend going inside to place your order or do their curbside takeaway. There is no inside dining at this location.

I hadn’t eaten here in over a year, not for any particular reason. But tonight I wanted something different and decided on nachos from here. I got here at 730pm on a Monday and there was NO LINE. I ordered my pork bbq nachos with no sauce and the lady at the window was efficient, friendly and professional. The nachos came out correctly ordered, fast, hot and probably the BEST I’ve ever had. I do not mind paying 9 and some change for their nachos and have complained at other places about their 9.00 nachos. Lawyers can take all my money!! Loaded down, bunch of everything and I’m unable to eat them all and have some left for tomorrow. Thanks for NEVER disappointing me and I won’t wait so long before my next visit.
