The place was very good for the service and the overall atmosphere, however the food was not very good for the prices at all. We got the NY steak, teriyaki steak, garlic shrimp, loaded tots, and the LBCC burger. The food was not that memorable and wasn’t particularly good. Presentation was not particularly amazing either. However I really did like the service and the overall dining area. I would recommend highly if you’re coming for drinks and socializing, but food-wise I would look elsewhere.

Lava Lava Beach club is a cafe located right on the beach. The service is good and the food was good. I got a hamburger on a gluten-free bun. Others in my party ordered a pizza and the ahi nachos. He said that they overdid it with the chili sauce. The pizza was delicious as well as the hamburger.

My daughter and I had a lovely dinner at Lava Lava last night. The setting is just amazing. There was a live musician who was singing all kinds of oldies with a hawaiian flair. Our only complaint was the food not being hot enough when it arrived to our table. Also, my daughter ordered the pinneapple fried rice and it was somewhat bland and mushy. The lava cake was very good. Service was good.

Great ambiance. Breakfast by the beach is always a wonderful experience. Food is good and the guava mimosa was delicious. Nothing spectacular but overall, it was a very nice experience.

The mango tango naan flatbread was delicious. The cocktails were unique. View of the ocean from the restaurant. Games on the grounds in a nice grassy community area. Near the bike path for convenience and easy to get to restaurants and bars nearby. Didn’t stay at the hotel, just enjoyed the restaurant since it was convenient as I passed by on a bike.

Amazing food. Was not disappointed at all. Got the garlic shrimp appetizer and the stuffed cheese burger wand the ahi nachos. Waitress was busy as heck and had a lot of her plate but still great interaction.

What’s not to like about this place? Food is very good. Drinks are even better. Awesome bartender! Servers are hit or miss for how great they are but no actual complaints. 10 for 10 would recommend for breakfast and dinner!

Lava Lava had our favorite food and cocktails during our week visit to Hawaii. The first cocktail I ordered was the mule, but my husband ordered the lava lava flow and I had to switch over to that drink since it was so good. He also ordered a blended version of the lava lava flow and that was even better. My mom ordered the coconut cocito and I really enjoyed that cocktail as well. We visited Lava Lava for happy hour and for breakfast. For happy hour we got the Margherita pizza and it was very good. My dad got the Poke bowl but he did not like that. For breakfast, my mom and I got the eggs breakfasts which we enjoyed. My husband loved his pancakes. And my dad e joyed his eggs Benedict. Overall, we highly recommend this place. Try the Lava Lava flow.
