This has been my daughter’s favorite place since 2012; she is 11 now, and during the pandemic, we tried to support them by going to our Woodstock fav location for pick-ups. We moved, and we were excited they opened a happy valley location. But the service and the way they serve it’s absurd. I wish I had taken a picture of the burrito they made when I said light beans on a twin kids burrito; they gave us a 3-inch burrito; not sure how old it was; the yogurt for her mango lazzy drink tasted so weird, and I’m glad I took a picture of her chips just another joke from their employees when they decided to give us the leftovers.

The joke is on you and they are laughing all the way to the bank. Got the Korean BBQ bowl to go. Upon removing the lid I was shocked to see the small bowl was barely half full. Truly ridiculous. Spend your hard earned $13 elsewhere. The bowl became full AFTER I microwaved and added a full pouch of Trader Joe’s frozen jasmine rice. This is a true story. Never going back to any location.

I called 15 minutes before my lunch for a take out order. I was told it would be 20 minutes before I could pick it up.(great it would take me 5 minutes to walk across the street to get it) well needless to say I left the restaurant with 7 minutes to walk back across the street and eat before my 30 minute lunch was over. The food is good. But not great enough to wait almost an hour and not even be able to take 1 bit before I needed to clock back in. The people all around me were also annoyed which sank the atmosphere and energy. Not sure this place was worth my time or energy

Laughing plantet has amazing food but this location does not do the company justice. Paid extra for items not received. The ratio of ingredients in the meals/bowls are not balanced. And the overall quality in comparison to other locations is below par. Super disappointed. :/

First time at a Laughing Planet. New crew was very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, well presented and prepared… was so good I forgot to take a picture! Guess I have several good reasons to come back!

Food tastes good and looks good imo, always love LP! Unfortunately this location is constantly understaffed and they are always running around so theres often a wait. Spoke with a young women at the counter and she said that’s the way they get scheduled? Doesn’t seem right, gets busy up to a 25 min wait with all the hospital folk that come in for lunch all at the same time so keep that in mind. Glad to finally have this location in happy valley!
