It’s unfortunate I have to leave this review. I guess you have to ask them not to burn your pizza. I received a large pizza with the crust so burnt I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. The manager told me to ask for it to cooked less . And would not replace the item in whole, so I am forced to throw away an entire pizza. I order pizza regularly from Marcello’s, but decided to give a, new to me pizza place. What a mistake. Everyone I know and work with will be told of this experience. I was even polite and asked if this was normal and tipped well. All I wanted was my pizza replaced so I can eat something during my 11 hour shift . If you are looking for good food, or good service, I would highly recommend Marcello’s. This place here does not at all care about you after they get your money. It’s sad because I generally order out 3-4 times a week and will never order from here again. Even worse that a $4 cost is more important then good service.

We used to pick up sandwiches from Lattuca’s when we moved here about 20 + years ago and ate here again a few days ago. I was reminded why I must have homemade rolls! My 100% Italian husband has turned me into a full-on bread snob. That being said, the staff were nice, but the place is nothing special and has a few photos of people. My husband thought there was not enough meat on his sandwich, but I thought it was basic, nondescript Italian sub–nothing was really special about it. I might try the pizza sometime though, as it looked yummy! The French fries were to die for! Perfectly salted and crispy, they definitely warrant a return if for nothing else but them!!

I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in our subs that we ordered. I decided to check this place out on a whim and it was a big mistake. We ordered Italian subs with extra oil and vinegar. The sub rolls were stale, and the sub was bland and mediocre at best. Will not be returning, could’ve gotten a better sub at subway for cheaper. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

Never ate here thought we would give it a go.. we got 2 large Italian subs and a large onion ring.. it starts with only 6 rings in our onion rings and they were tough. The sub rolls are hard and very dry, falling apart as I’m eating it. Taste of the subs are very blaa, lettuce half wilted. 1st and last time eating here.

I’ve been going to Lattucas for years … new staff is not friendly… u walk in that at home feeling is gone…. It looks crowded with racks for chips and such.. definitely lost touch…. It’s Just sad … it went down hill,, fast

i ordered a sweet bologna sub and this is what they gave me as sweet bologna then i called back and they gave me the same sandwich again smh then i called back a third time and was finally told they didn’t sell sweet bologna lol smh the tuna sub was ok that is why i’m giving it 2 stars

Ordered Italian cold cuts for my wife, her sister, and myself. I could have gotten better subs from Subway! For the money I spent, we could have gone to a restaurant and had seafood platters w/ dessert!! Don’t waste your time!!!
