Great dinner destination. Tables actually have some breathing room, service was great, food was piping hot and delicious. Went just after the theatre crowd headed out, changed the whole feel of the place.

Service was cordial and fast despite the hierarchical system: only one person could take orders. The artichoke was very good, and the Trenette Al Sugo di Pesce not bad and of generous portion.

This place was charming, and the food was spot on. I ate some of the best octopus I have ever had. The fillet mignon was cooked perfectly. The servers are excellent and overall this place deserves a repeat visit.

My sister came here for Valentine’s Day dinner with her boyfriend and they served her raw chicken. She took a bite without knowing and swallowed it. No one came over and apologized they offered to cook the chicken for her. At that point she was disgusted and wanted to throw up. When I picked them up an hour later she threw up right outside my car. We’re most likely going to have to go to the hospital in the morning if it worsens. They still charged them over $100 for the food. As a server at a fine dining restaurant it is disgusting to hear the way they handled this situation, their meal should have been comped and they should have been given a gift card for a free dinner at least. I understand it’s Valentine’s Day and one of the busiest days for restaurants and the only way this could of happened is if one of the food runners may have messed up and took the wrong dish out. Food runners should know what the dish looks like when it’s completed and should make sure the food is ready to go with chef. Please look at the photo this should not have been served. This is outright disgusting. They didn’t even offer to comp the bill which is the first thing any professional restaurant would do nor did they apologize to them.

A wonderful Italian restaurant in the Theatre district. We ate dinner here for Restaurant Week 2023. My mother and I have never been here before, but this will not be the last time. The ambience was charming, and the food portion was plenty. Before, I was under the impression we would only have small samples of food to try but I was wrong. My favorite dish of the night was the entrée. I ordered the Saltinbocca Alla Romana. There were no leftovers to take home. Overall, I am so happy we found a new restaurant to eat when we are in New York.

Went for dinner (bday celebration). Staff was courteous and welcoming. We were shown to our table and our waiter went over entree/wine pairings for us. Pleasant atmosphere (not too crowded as we missed the theater crowd). Food was delicious. Would definitely return to dine here again.

Great food and atmosphere, our waiter was great, true Italian and friendly, liked the mozzarella appetizer, the mushroom ravioli not so much, would have preferred cheese or meat to begin with but not available, the mushrooms were very strong tasting and I only had a little, tried my friends chicken parmigiana and wished I had that, large portion, but no pasta with it , was still hungry so I had the tiramisu to go , very good but a small portion, staff was friendly, thank you !
