There was some things that could be better but I am so excited to see and eat food I grew up eating that I honestly did not care that much about these details. The food is honestly delicious. Keep going. Keep improving. Some of us are so happy you’re around.

We had eaten here many times during last two years and even gave benefit of doubt after my partner and I got chicken instead or pernil for first time and we both got food poisoning horribly…my son ate a sandwich w lunch meat and he was fine. It was all we ate that day. We ordered pernil later on amd was fine….but yesterday we went just for some empanadias and dessert…i bit into my tres leches cake and the milk items were spoiled…i nearly puked…my husband opened his rice pudding and it was watery…all went in trash. The empanada was pretty good and fuller than most but thats the last time we ever eat there..well make the trip to PR Rest and bakery in Springfield. Sad that was the case though..staggs always been nice but 26 bucks for spoiled desserts…didnt even ask for refund nor bother to argue…wouldnt matter..spoiled food is a business killer and no trust after 2 bad experiences.

Tremendous food that they have but there is one thing that I do not tolerate, is that when I went I made a purchase and there is no coordination between employees, and they are also charging for card transaction without having an announcement that it is being charged to the customer and it is a lack not to let him know, and also the cashier does not have contact with the customer. They don’t ask the most important question if it’s cash or card to let you know that there will be an extra charge, and there isn’t a sign for which it’s another fault. And also a bowl of 6oz with a cost of $-11.00 dollars that I can tell you more, I have the proof that it was like this – for my part I do not like those things and it is not tolerable for me and no less for the client. and I also went to the manager and he tells me what his concern is and I let him know what happened in And I will never come back (important) check the receipt well because there is a lot ready here springfield and everywhere.

The food was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I had rice and beans with chicken and I loved it. My sister and my very picky eating 7 year old loves it too. Can’t wait to go back. Also, if you stop try the passion fruit drink- it’s delicious.

This place has gotten so bad. The guy with the bun in his hair who owns it or manages it is such a nasty man. Never a smile on his face and I as a true hispanic have witnessed him treating other races very rude and different as compared to latinos. The food has gotten so bad and I don’t care what they say they are reusing the oil for god only knows how many times? They charge you these prices and want to give you portions the size of appertizers. I myself and quite a few others have recently gotten sick after giving it consideration since places do have bad days. They need to bring the older gentleman back with the beard and definitely either change the kitchen staff or make sure they are not reusing anything to cut corners.

It was absolutely delicious. We got the roast pork and rice . Also the empanadas and a potato ball . The only thing is the empanadas were really over cooked very tasty but overdone . The staff were super friendly. Definitely my go to place when I’m at the mall .
