In Vegas, only successful restaurants can make it on the strip. It takes a level of dedication and quality unseen anywhere else to stay alive in the competitive atmosphere of the strip.

Chef Jackson is super talented and creative, flavours are on point. As a vegetarian, I truly enjoyed the courses, paired with fantastic list of wines. My partner had the full spectrum of choices and was delighted throughout! Well done chef. Well done to your team. We’ll be back.

Wonderful culinary experience. We did the Discovery menu and had no complaints with any of the courses. I never knew food could taste that good. The elements of each dish tasted amazing on its own but taking a bite with all the elements together took the dishes to the next level. All the flavors worked so well together and there was a ton of umami. None of the ingredients overpowered the dish. So harmonious. I never liked dill but one of the courses had dill and I can’t imagine it without. My husband who is far from vegetarian loved the comte cheese souffle course. My favorite (by a hair because everything was so good) was the cod with champagne sauce. Honestly just when you thought things couldn’t get better, they did. We were also brought out an extra dessert on the house for my birthday which was also delicious. I hope to revisit sometime in the future if it revisit Vegas. Highly recommend for an experience you won’t forget. 10 out of 5 stars!

The wife and I went for our anniversary and were treated with the upmost respect, after not being allowed in for her shoe choice. Not the best first impression, but we’re gonna let that one slide (pun intended) because the rest was simply amazing and rules are rules. I ordered the 8 course with quail and she got the 5 course. All I can say is if you get the chance to eat here, you will NOT be disappointed. Absolutely the best food of our lives bar none. Every dish was perfectly explained, plated, and presented. The kitchen was spotless the entire time. Even gave us a little anniversary present. This is THE best restaurant we have ever been to. Thanks for having us.

If you’re looking for the ultimate dining experience in Las Vegas, look no further than this French restaurant. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be transported to a world of decadence and luxury. The attention to detail in the decor and table settings is unparalleled, and the food is simply exquisite. Every dish is a work of art, carefully crafted with the finest ingredients and presented beautifully. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth every penny for a special occasion or a treat. And the entertainment is the perfect complement to the dining experience. This is easily my favorite French restaurant in Vegas, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for foodies looking for a truly unforgettable meal.

If I could give more stars, I would! One of the finest, well-crafted meals I have had in a very long time. Began with breag and a palate wakened of tomato gelee and avocado mouse. Then a salmon carpaccio with citrus sauce followed by an onion tart

The food was absolutely amazing. The overall atmosphere and food experience did not disappoint. We paid for the grand cru wine pairing and that was an absolute mistake. The sommelier was new and offered no insight into the wine or what it offered to the pairing. For $500 price tag for the grand cru much more was expected. The wine itself was amazing. I would recommend Jose Andre Meat Bazaar where the wine pairing was half the price and Lou did an amazing job. If you go here stick to just the tasting menu and you won’t be disappointed.

was excited to try this “1 star Michelin” restaurant. What we found out was that Michelin stopped going to Vegas in 2018 and the star they had in 2018 may not apply any longer.
