Guess what this is? It’s a Reuben sandwich. I didn’t stir it up before the photo. I had to eat it with a fork. The cheese wasn’t melted. I should have complained and got my money back but I didn’t have the strength. The price for the Reuben bowl AKA sandwich was ok. I paid a tip and paid to park to spend money. The young woman that took my money was nice. I will not go back.

This place is classy! I just had to jump on here to express my appreciation. Everything I had tasted homemade and gourmet in the perfect package. The attention to detail of my sandwich and potato salad was apparent, as was the shine of the room. Those behind the counter made the visit worth it, and the fresh baked oatmeal raisin cookie was like biting into a comfy pillow, but had that welcoming flavor of warm spices.

The is my favorite lunch spot! There is indoor and outdoor seating with an amazing menu. My favorite part is how personable and kind the owners are. Thank you Jen for making my lunch break always amazing!

Visited for lunch on a Saturday – there was a line right at open, which is usually a good sign! I ordered a Latchkey Italian, which is supposed to come with 4 meats. The sandwich I received was missing the salami and ham. The sandwich WAS delicious, especially the giardineria, but I only received half of the protein I paid for.

Amazing experience in this place! I had a veggie sandwich + ham & pimento cheese it was delicious. Very fresh and natural ingredients yet savory with the dressings or seasoning that they put in. It had avocado, beets, lettuce, tomato, onion, pesto and my extra addition of ham and pimento cheese. I had pasta salad for my side, it was perfect. Not too mayonissy, with some crunchy celery and cherry tomatoes.

This is hands down the Go To spot to catch a bite in Downtown Lawrence. The staff is super happy to serve such over the top delicious food! Awesome energy to sit and eat. Please try the Mac&Cheese. You will not regret it!! 10/10 would recommend

Love this place. The food is always fresh, and the chips are amazing. The egg salad sandwich is one of the best I’ve had. They also have gluten free bread and don’t use any nuts in their food.

We visited Latchkey Deli for their awesome Lawrence Restaurant Week specials. We ordered the Hot Damnwich (Chili Spiked Pimento Cheese, Bacon, Red Onion, Cajun Chicken, Red Fresno Hot sauce on Sourdough) with house made salt and vinegar chips and the 11th St Combo (Volpi salami, Pastrami, Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Mayo and Mustard) with their house made tomato soup. Against my better judgement, I did not order some of the pimento cheese to go. It was absolutely phenomenal on the Hot Damnwich. I will definitely be returning to try some more of their menu and their Italian Sodas.

This was a surprise. I figured their food was good just because of the hype. It lived up to the name. I had the Italian and good god was it amazing! Meat I’ve never had before! The in house made chips and pickles were such a bonus. I had no idea they were bringing it to this level.
