We’ve eaten at the Las Trea Hermanas food truck a couple times now and it has been consistently delicious!! The first time we took a breakfast burrito to-go and a pastor taco, both were so good that we knew we’d be back! We bought a few Al pastor taco plates for dinner another day to enjoy w family. We all really enjoyed these plates!! The tacos were so flavorful, tortillas stayed together, rice was perfect and the beans were delicious! Look forward to trying other tacos here.

My wife and I had lunch here this weekend and it was great. She had the chicken quesadilla and I had a chicken and pork taco. Both were yummy. The star of the show was the French fries with steak on them. Well done y’all! We will definitely come back the next time we are in Colorado Springs. Thank you so much!

These tacos are amazing!!! I was a little hesitant seeing no low ratings, but now I see why they have great reviews! It’s absolutely great! They were so nice and easily accessible! I’m gonna go again later this week for more!! They do not skimp on meat and filling!! (This is just 2 of the 4 I got. The hot sauce is also from home.)

I ate here for the first time today and I was very impressed! I got the 3 taco plate with rice and beans, two of the tacos were asada and one pastor. Can’t go wrong with either of them, it was all REALLY good, including the beans and rice! The man and woman running the food truck were very nice, hospitable and helpful when ordering. I will definitely be back soon!

Tacos are some of the few in town that remind me of home (las Vegas) tripa, asada, pastor, and bierria are all recommend!!! Their green salsa is a bit on the spicy side but a good mild flavor.

I’ve been coming here for the last couple years for asada and barbacoa tacos. NOBODY does them better! Fast service, kind people, good vibes and good food all around its hard to say no everytime I drive by.

I asked for a recommendation for the best tacos in Colorado Springs and I was told Las Tres Hermanas and they were not wrong. The tacos and tamales were out of this world. I have never had a tamale as amazing as the one I had here! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!
