The rice in my burrito was rock hard not cooked at all.. They didn’t give me any sauce on the wings when I ordered them Nashville and hot. Also they were very small and one was basically just bones.. Only giving 2 stars because the tacos were ok. They have potential but need to get it together. Also the woman taking my order seemed annoyed.

My grilled fish tacos had a half of a roach in it… which leaves me to question where the other half may be…please see attached picture. Its covered in sauce and I did not want to touch it but it clearly has little legs/antenna in there… I am mortified that I have ordered from this place multiple times. I tried to call the restaurant to notify them of the discovery so they can look into it and be aware of the problem. After a minute of the phone ringing they just picked up and hung up the phone. They have a second number that we tried and it just rang on. No anything. I’m disgusted with this place, absolutely disgusted with the food and service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This is the 3rd time where Las Tortas MX got my order wrong. I ordered plain crinkle fries, NO SEASONING, and they still put seasoning on it. The reason I said no seasoning is b/c the person I was ordering for has allergies. I tried calling and of course, no one picks up the phone. While their food is good, their service is incredibly lacking. They need to start paying attention to their customer’s orders.

The worse first experience ever, today i order a SOPE ( i get a tostada) and a torta with out onions ( i get onions) i called the restaurante and they just told me “we dont have sopes so instead we give u a tostada” without said NOTHING . and when i complaint about my torta the manager told me “ it did not said “ no onions” clearly the ticket said NO ONIONs,

I placed an online order and picked up myself. I wanted to try their Birria tacos, they very well packaged and so delicious. My husband ordered the Locos Nachos with Carnitas and he really enjoyed those.

Horrible service. Lady in the front is very rude. Plus she just picks everything with her hands & doesn’t use utensils. Will dig in the lettuce then did in something else & will add all the toppings with her hands cross contaminating anything she touches. Ask to go prep my food to eat in & she preps it to go & then just hands it over very rudely. & the food isn’t worth the poor service.

Highly Disappointed considering I eat here twice a day. Ordered my food and they took 6 peoples order before sticking my food in a bag that was ready for 15 minutes. The party of 5 who ordered after me received their entire order before he gave me mine. Only to bite into my chicken slider that was COMPLETELY raw! had to throw out my entire lunch.

Food is great but customer service was horrible. I believe the employees name was Rosa. (name on shirt) She gave me dirty looks and wasn’t attentive of my order! she just rolls her eyes and yells. Ive gone there multiple times and she’s always the one taking my order but she’s so disrespectful. I believe every restaurant should have at least DECENT customer service. But she’s just horrible. I never feel welcomed when she’s there it’s awful.
