I called in my order to carry out. It took about 25 minutes for the food to be ready. The staff does work masks, although it’s not required for the customers. It was on a Sunday afternoon so it was a little bit busy. The salsa bar is still not fully stocked up since COVID.

We have eaten before at this location, and the food and horchata water had been on point. I suppose they have a new cook, I asked for the giant chicken flautas, and the chicken did not have any flavor. I got the horchata water, and it was not flavorful as before, I also ordered a consome and it had flavor but a tiny piece of meat in it. The place was 85% clean, and there were tables that needed to be cleaned. If we go back, no more flautas for me.

This place is authentic Mexican food but it’s unsanitary. I got sick eating there. I got the chicken nachos. The chicken was good , as for the chips they were burnt and looked burnt orange. The queso was the worse of it all. The cheese was so watered down that it didn’t even taste like cheese. I mean I’m sure they make a lot of money so why…. Why water down queso. Oh yeah I almost forgot the cashier was so rude I was on my phone asking my boyfriend if he wanted anything from there well she got frustrated having to wait for me to finish that she went to the back pulled out her little cart of Salsas for the Salsa bar and took her time refill the bar. I felt like I bothered her or she got annoyed with me. I don’t understand why she would be like that. Is it because I speak English and Spanish she also rolled her eyes when I was ordering I mean I felt like I was wasting her time. I was man but I thought whatever as long as the food is good. It was disappointing all the way around.

Worse Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to my tacos were so dry and so was my torta not to mention they want to charge you for tiny cups of salsa and the meat is not seasoned at all .Got horchata here and it was 3 dollars just to get a small cup and it taste watered down I’ll stick to el tio from now on from the amount of money I paid this is not worth it

Unprofessional staff. I ordered ahead of time. Went to counter and asked for my order. They said it wasn’t ready. I asked if she could check all the orders she had on the shelf. She said it wasn’t ready. She kept calling orders. She then checked the bags and called my name. I said “really”. I’ve been here standing for 10 minutes . And then she walked away and waved her hand at me.
