Found this little gem!Las Quesabrosaz on San Pedro! Let me tell you these quesadillas are bonafide legit! Corn or cactus (nopal) tortillas. I had the desibradada de res (pulled beef) and chicharon en salsa verde. The lime-cucumber water is freshly made! Definitely coming back!

Went for breakfast with my nephew and I got the Pastor quesadilla and he got the chicken quesadilla. Food came out after a few minutes, the pastor was good and juicy and the chicken was juicy. I never had a quesadilla before that tasted amazing.

This place was crazy good!!! The attendants were so kind and welcoming. The food was beyond good (try the chicken tinga WOW). The menu is limited but absolutely delicious. You don’t need to order more than one… MAYBE 2 if you’re starving. Budget-friendly.

My partner and I visited on whim and we loved the Quesadillas. We both really enjoyed the Chicharrón Prensado as it has a really good flavor and highly recommend it! The Huitlacoche / Corn Mushroom were so good though! It’s probably not one many people may get but I highly recommend it! Price wise they are well priced for the quality and amount of food!

Excellent. I got the flor de calabaza (squash blossom) and the rajas poblanas (creamy poblano strips), and they were flavorful, fresh, and something that I had never had before. The tortillas are freshly made, thin, and delicious. The horchata was the best I have ever had, and my wife got an agua fresca that tasted like melon and lemon, and it was delicious. I’ve been eating Mexican food and Tex-Mex for over 50 years, and today I had something completely new and very well done. Next time I’m in San Antonio I’ll have a hard time trying any place else.
