Had to pick apart my dinner because I ordered a Carnitas burrito but instead got carne asada. Shouldn’t be that big of a deal, except almost every order I get, something is either wrong or missing. Customer service is lacking, food can be decent, that is, if you actually get what you order.

One of the best Mexican food places in the East Bay. Seriously delicious. Just do not order by phone and go pick up. I’ve never seen a worse service. We’re standing there waiting while people come in, order, get their first BEFORE US – who ordered a half hour earlier on the phone. This is not right.

Ordered 6 Bean and cheese burritos and they added rice to them. I asked that the give me the correct order when I am back out there next week and they refused to make it right. We own our business and know that word of mouth is the best advertising and for them to not make it right after I have ordered from them in years but no more. They used to be good and it is so sad how quickly they went down,to not even care if a customer is satisfied with a order that THEY MADE INCORRECTLY they got their money this time. But I am so done Ithis place, there are so many good Mexican restaurants around that DO CARE if their customers are happy with good service and stand behind their food. THIS RESTAURANT HAS NO INTEGRITY.

I got the small bean dip to go. It was half full and it was more sauce then beans. The container was already extremely small for the price. When you pay for something, you expect to get a full container! I work hard for my money , don’t treat your customers wrong. It’s our hard earned money you are playing with!

Las Panchitas went from giving you a decent amount of food, to barely giving you what you are paying for. I personally always buy the “Chili Colorado” dinner, and it use to be delicious with a lot of meat & sauce only sometimes it is way- way to salty! For me to be saying that they are putting way too much salt on their meat & or sauces, when I am a salt person myself is crazy. They need to back up on the amount of salt in their meat & or sauces! Now they barely give you 5-6 “small” pieces of meat, a little scoop of chili sauce, & a small scoop of rice & beans. Hell, I’m not paying for a Happy Meal. They need to go back to serving large chunks of meat w/ a lot of sauce, & rice & beans!

First time here at Las Panchitas and ordered to go. I like the place, they have lots of parking outside and when you walk in, it looks like a party inside! Very festive and lively. The place is small though probably 8 to 10 tables max. Looks like most people that come in, either pre-ordered or just do walk-in order and then leave, which is what I did.
