Las Mestizas is just left of Tacolicious, & I’ll be going here rather than there anytime I want Mexican food in the area. My tacos were fresh, juicy, & affordable. The service was friendly, helpful, & kind. This is a great place to have a casual Mexican meal.

Delicious, flavourful, and unassuming, topped with friendly service – a perfect hole in the wall restaurant. Definitely welcome on a street full of pricey options, with mediocre food and frills you couldn’t care less for.

Solid breakfast burrito! Good ratio of cheese, eggs and potatoes and the green salsa they give you is great on there. Bit pricy, but definitely recommend!

We stopped in after a long walk and let me tell you, this place is highly underrated. Great super veggie burrito that competes with the classic joints in the mission. My wife’s favorite quesadilla!

I wanted really good Mexican food after being away from LA for a year and this was it. Friendly staff, great food, good coffee, and clean bathroom.

This is a great casual place to get solid not over Americanized Mexican food. I got the shrimp tacos and they were good. They don’t skimp on ingredients. Definitely good value.

I got the sampler plate, it was delicious! Yucateca cuisine from the Yucatan peninsula. The real deal! Their guacamole was superb as well! Be sure to get the flan for dessert.

Stopped in and grabbed lunch while walking by. I’m not an expert on Yucatecan food, but they recommended the panuchos so I grabbed three to go (pollo asado, poc chuc, and cochinita pibil). They were exceptional: lightly fried tortillas, flavorful meats, spicy house salsa, and both fresh and pickled vegetables. Excited to have them in the neighborhood and can’t wait to come back and order more!
