I ordered through a food delivery service. The food held up pretty well, although I’d recommend getting the Nachos and Birria Tacos for eating at the restaurant. Favorites included the Maragaritas Dip and Tacos Al Pastor. Every dish had really good flavor.

The food was phenomenal and the drinks were fresh and delicious! There are a lot of places in Louisville that claim to have good Mexican food, and the probably do. Great Mexican food on the other hand is found here at Las Margaritas!

Watch the pricing as it can be a touch confusing. We had a few things that we were charged “correctly” for that it didn’t read that way in the menu. But food was amazing and would definitely be a top recommendation for Mexican in the Louisville area.

Called a little after 9 to place a carry out order. First time ordering from here… on a whim… and they did not disappoint. The nachos are excellent and my son said the tacos de asada were great as well. It was so good I had to go back tonight!

Fabulous in every way! The employees were so courteous and attentive. Restaurant was very clean and obviously practicing social distancing with masks in place. And the food- oh my goodness. We had the pollo con chorizo and the chile colorado. Both were exceptionally flavorful, and as close to authentic Mexican as we’ve found since being in Texas on the border eating at mom and pop cafes. We can’t recommend this place enough. Hidden gem.

A great Mexican restaurant find that’s much more than just tacos and burritos. Their claim to fame is they have menu items from all parts of Mexico. I had the Cochinita Pibil which is a slow roasted pork dish with sweet plantains and rice for $13.99. It was very good.
