Too many items not in stock. Couldnt make half the items we wanted. The gorditas need seasoning. They had zero taste. Staff is very friendly.

This place is a family favorite, their gorditas are delicious and reasonably priced. We love coming here for some comfort food. It’s my daughters favorite, her first choice every single time I ask her what she feels like eating. I’ve been to the Berwyn location and this one is much better, Love it!

Nice restaurant and staff is friendly. We waited about 10 minutes to get our food which is very reasonable unlike some previous reviews. Price is under $2 for a palm sized Gordita-not bad. Deshebrada Roja and Chicharron Verde were so spicy, I couldn’t finish them-hence the 4 star.

Whenever we come over to Chicagoland, we always find the closest Don Angel’s. My wife is from Mexico, and these gorditos are her favorite. Price is reasonable, service is great, and the place is clean. Some older reviews say cash only, but they accept cards.

If they mess up your food just know they are not going to be responsible. I called after I had food missing and still charged for it and I was told it was my fault for not reading the sign at the door. Haha bye! I’m there to pick up food would I known I had to read the sign I would of but shame on me for not reading every single sign you have.
