35 minute drive each way to get a take out. Specifically asked for some easy minor alterations due to allergies etc. Got the food back home and half the order was inedible due to not making the requested changes.

I’m from out of town visiting and decided to see what the Mexican food was like here. I ordered the Pollo Michoacano and it did not disappoint. I picked up the order so I didn’t realize they forgot the tortillas until I got to the house. The food was so flavorful and delicious, I can overlook the forgotten tortillas. They do not skimp on the amount of chicken and chorizo in the dish.

My husbands burrito and my Arroz con Cameron we’re both fantastic. We’re not from the area and just searched for a Mexican restaurant near our route and were very pleasantly surprised. Our toddler had his usual chicken nuggets and fries which were much better than what we get at our local Mexican restaurant that we frequent. Our 1 year old even chowed down on them. Server was very courteous and food showed up quickly!

I normally enjoy my time at Las Flores. This time not so much. I walked 1 hour there and back to get a to-go order and when I opened it, all my tacos were made incorrectly than what I requested. The tacos contained items that were inedible due to the allergies my girlfriend has. After to speaking to a manager, he said the best thing he can do is offer me 20% off because “we both can cut our losses”. How does a customer have to take a loss in order to get the food they paid 60+ dollars for remade correctly? Then to add to it, I was already guaranteed a full refund or to have my food remade free of charge and now I’m being told that that’s not an option. To tie it all off, I was accused of possibly committing fraud over the phone. Horrible customer service.

My food was underwhelming. And was missing rice and beans. The sauce was more like spaghetti sauce and not like something I’d expect to find on enchiladas. The people and service were great though and my husbands burrito was enjoyable. Just wouldn’t order the enchilada meal again
