Great pizza! I’ve ordered 4 times for carry-out. The pizza has been amazing every time, as well as the service at the drive up window. One of my favorite places to get pizza now. So glad they came to Louisville.

I really was excited to see Larosa’s opened a location in Louisville. I always loved the pizzas at Larosa’s inside of Kings Island growing up. As soon as Door Dasher dropped the pizza off, I brought the pizza inside the house, and immediately the aroma reminded me of phenomenal childhood memories at Kings Island. Unfortunately, when I opened the pizza box (picture included) I was extremely disappointed. I never send food back, but if they would’ve served me this pie inside of the restaurant, I would’ve had to send it back. Who lets a pizza that looks like this be sent out to a paying customer? Why even bother opening a new franchise if this is how you send the pizzas out. The pieces that were even worth eating were really good, and took me back to my childhood, but half the pie was missing the sauce, and the cheese. Very disappointed, and I don’t believe I’ll ever order a pizza from this location again based off this pitiful pie. You’ll have to do way better than this to stay relevant in this highly competitive restaurant market. Maybe someone should look at the pizzas before you send them out to a paying customer. The kitchen staff should be ashamed of this one. Do better!

This place has not been open very long, so please be patient with them. We went for dinner during the week, got salad and spaghetti. We did not enjoy our spaghetti, but the manager took care of that. Our server Reanna did not pay much attention to us and she was slow, but it seems she is just in-experienced and needs more training. I ran out of water and she did not notice for more than 10 minutes. She brought the salads at the same time as the entrees, which made it hard for us to eat because they gave us such a small table. She also did not take any of our dishes when we finished. I also did not enjoy my food very much, and she never noticed that I was not eating it. Hopefully we will get a server that is more attentive. We will definitely be back for a second chance due to the kindness of the manager, Brock.

Shelby, our server, was all smiles, very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave us good suggestions on what to order. We always had full drinks and plenty of napkins. The dine-in service was definitely worth 5 stars.

The bacon is the best bacon I have had on a pizza in town. The cheese was top notch. Delivery was fast. Food was hot. Food was good. The cheese is top notch. crust left a tad to be desired for traditional dough. will try hand tossed next time. traditional dough seems almost premade. It’s not terrible. tastes good at least. The toppings are expensive but good. the regular sausage is good. but seems frozen. One Pizza, five toppings $40. with $9 tip.

The new place was clean. I thought the floors were a little greasy but everything looked clean. Of course, it’s new. Service was fast, food was OK. I wouldn’t say it’s the best pizza in Louisville but it’s a good pizza place. We also got some breadsticks which came out after our pizza came. We also got the steak hoagie, which was pretty good but once again, not the best I’ve had in Louisville. I am glad I went there, I wanted to try it, it did not remind me of the Kings Island pizza that I had years ago though…

I did the take and bake option. At first glance I didn’t have very high hopes but it was delicious. Little heavy on the sauce but that’s just a personal preference. Cheese was gooey and the toppings were real meat.

We tried LaRosa’s for the first time for dinner after hearing about it from Cinci people, but we won’t be back. We give it 5 stars for the service, 4 stars for the salad, and 2 stars for the pizza. The crust is dry and bland, the sauce is too sweet, and the cheese seemed low quality. Both pizzas basically tasted like $5 frozen pizzas.

Pay 0 attention to the 1 stars saying the sauce was tangy or not “normal” pizza sauce. They are probably slused to Frozen Jacks/digornos and Domino’s/ papa Johns. This is great Pizza, tastes the same as in Cincinnati the multiple times I’ve went. Pictured foods below -16″ Meat Deluxe Pizza, Meaty Calzone and the Cheese Flatbread. All 3 were great. I hope they opwn another location closer to Dixie (PRP area ).

I’ve always loved this pizza when we would visit Kings Island or Cincinnati so I was so excited when this location opened. Today was my first time ordering from here. I downloaded the app and scheduled a pick up order for 4pm. I arrived early and the employee at the drive up window directed me to the pick up spot as my order wasn’t ready. .She was very nice and friendly. At 4:04pm my pizza was delivered to my car by another very nice employee. The pizza smelled, looked and tasted delicious. Everyone at my house really enjoyed it. We will definitely be having LaRosa’s again in the future.
