Very disappointed first of all the pizzicato out Luke warm at best like it was sitting around a while. It took 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table to get our order and finally got our appetizers. Then another 20 minutes or so for the pizza to come out like it did. It was almost an act of God to get a manager to remake the pizza. Then they run out of tea another 15 minutes for that. Then had to flag down the waitress to get a box and the check. It’s like no one cared about quality or customer service. Definitely was not worth the $30 that’s for sure.

This location is great. The staff was friendly. They allowed us to use an online coupon. I think the sauce is a little heavy on the oregano and the cheese bread should use mozzarella instead of provolone but those are personal preferences. The location is great as it’s right next to Jungle Jim’s.

We were seated promptly and allowed enough time to peruse the menu. My beer was cold, the food was hot, and the service was outstanding. I ordered pretzels for the appetizer, and the crustless bowl for my entre, and both were very tasty. I appreciated that it wasn’t loud.

It was a nice sit down place. We went right after lunch and got right in and was seated. Had a nice selection of pizza/wings/subs/pasta. Food came out in a timely manner and was in a great location. Offered take out. It is in the shopping strip but had parking right out front.

I’m from Springfield Oh and visiting my sister this week in Mt. Orab, OH and we ordered take out it was amazing especially the cheesecake bites. We actually had it twice this week. I wish you would expand to some where close to Springfield OH.

We order pickup a lot. This time we had to wait for someone to come to the front while we could see our food sitting there. Then when they did come out and give us the food, we put it in a heat bag to keep it warm for the ride home. that apparently didn’t help because the food was cold when we got home already. The pizza we ordered was overcooked and the hoagie was barely edible because it was cold and had to be microwaved to even be eaten which made it sort of soggy and hard.
