So it was like 9 am naturally I wanted a breakfast taco… I place my order two bacon and egg tacos. This incompetent older lady tells me they have no eggs only the dry crusty ones in the steamer thing. So I suppose their job is to just stand around and do nothing???? Let’s not make any new eggs or bacon let’s just stand around all day. I need an application cuz that’ll be an easy job

I am a loyal customer and recently your food prep and quality has not been up to your potential. Stores from the Valley to Houston have a disgrace to taco making ,from have dirty and old, to preps not knowing how to make tacos. CLEAN IT UP BEFORE I CALL THE HEATH DEPARTMENT ON EVERY single. Selling tacos for $4.00 and not even worth 99 cents .

The person who was making the tacos was very racist became angry with me when I said I wanted a taco of papa con huevo and another of tocino con huevo. I saw that she didn’t understand so I told her it was potato and egg and bacon and egg. Then when I continued to call them papa con huevo and tocino con huevo she said this is American and we need to speak English. I told her that she didnt have to speak Spanish, but that since she was selling tacos the least she could do was respect my culture enough to learn what papas and tocino were. She said that she didn’t have to and I could go back to my country if I wanted to speak Spanish.

My husband and I were not pleased with the TEXTURE of the meat of the Picadillo Tacos, it was too smooth and dry. We were also not pleased with the greasy flour tortillas. We gave it one star because we did appreciate that the tacos were warm and the Picadillo was seasoned well. However, we will not purchase tacos here again.

Can’t order more than 10 tacos. The lady was really upset about me trying to order when they had enough of everything to make it really quick. Bad experience at this store

Guaranteed to mess up your taco order. Even after reading it back to you the correct way, you get home and open it up and it’s wrong. Charged for up-charges on ingredients and still missing. Happens both times I’ve went.

I order 2 tacos but the guy he never change he’s gloves !! he touch the computer to take my order and then he start doing the tacos nasty please let your employees know they need to change the gloves every time they touch the computer or other stuff
