I’ve been stopping at Laredo Taco every morning at 5:30am for the past few months and the customer service is getting horrible . The lady with the glasses is very rude she will see me standing there and will never take my order, the cashier will have to come and take my order. This morning at 5:30 was the final straw for me I stood there patiently and she ignored me and eventually said she wasn’t open so I won’t be visiting this location anymore.

Aside from the ingredients lack of flavor,the foods temperature is anything but hot. Maybe like warm at best. Condiments unlabeled. Nakia or NaKita…insolence is the first word that comes to mind. Total look at me and hear me type. Rouse to say the least. Me asking for a refund…I thought I was negotiating for my life. Then the loud talk again, it was like she would not could not stop. I never interrupted. The process would repeat. Ridiculous lady, & lackluster food at Stripes.

I came at 7:30pm for 2 tacos & the lady working back there had taken all the food out from the front & said she was closed even though the sign on the door said they close at 8pm. I am highly upset. She then tells me to come back at 5am when they open.

Lady at the front registry, Afican American older woman, dark skinned. I wish I would have got her name. Very nasty attitude. She did not have patience for me. When I walked in, she was not friendly or shown customer service from the start. I ended up ordering and then giving her my recipe back and told her to have a nice day..I will not spend money at a place where the employees are nasty acting. I am studying to be a judge. I will tell all the law firm not to visit or spend money here. Word to the wise. Never mistreat people. You never know who they really are..

Horrible customer service, me and the wife used the kiosk to place our order after struggling with it for 10mins. The man at the counter watched us all the time while we were placing the order, after we got our order printed out we approached him and he very rudely informed us that he would not take the kiosk order as I should have placed the order with him over the counter, I asked him why he had not informed me about the same as he was watching me struggle with the kiosk for more than 10mins, he told me that I should have known not to use the kiosk, I really did not understand the logic of having a kiosk if I was not to use it, that too at the time of COVID and contactless ordering. The manager came out an African American lady, and heard the version of the server that I was crazy to have used the kiosk and not ordered food with him, after which she without bothering to listen to my end of the story went on to say that I was wrong and walked away. So please visit the place with the knowledge that the customer service experience will be horrendous.

Exceptionally poor experience at this restaurant that is attached to a Stripes gas station. Placed my order at the kiosk and when I got to the cashier she informed me that they are out of Nachos. I had to redo my order with th cashier and then she started telling me that they’re out of lettuce and onions. This was 3:00 pm. Decided to leave at that point.

They didn’t serve my tacos like I ordered them. They don’t make the tacos infront of you so you can’t make sure if they did it right. Worst thing I got charged for the extras I ordered and didn’t get them.
