We had a hard time choosing what to eat in the Block 16 Urban Food Hall. We decided to try Lardo and we were glad we did. Ordering was easy we waiting 10-15 minutes to receive our food. It wasn’t a busy time, about 1630, so I would expect a longer wait time during busy times.

i would recommend this place for lunch or brunch, maybe even a quick snack, personally portion sizes are big and one meal (with combo – that included fries and a drink) was enough for 2 people. food was delicious and it’s nice to see the chefs working up front! defo be coming back for a quick bite

I’m giving this place two stars for the simple fact that it’s way overpriced and the meat portions are small. The sandwich had flavor and the location was clean is the only reason I didn’t give it one star. The sandwiches are at least $16.50 with no side. The guy asked if I wanted to make it a combo for an additional $9 which I did. He then charged me for the premium fries which were an additional $2; never did I mention that I wanted the dirty fries. I think that’s a hustle. He offered to get the manager for a $2 refund but who’s really doing that, not me. My total was $30 for a sandwich combo. I had the Bronx Bomber. For $16.50 do yourself a favor and don’t buy it. At first sight it appears to be a good size sandwich but it’s deceiving with the size of the bread and too much condiments with a small portion of meat on top.Was it tasty, absolutely but you can get better for less. The Dirty Fries you can do without as well. It was a generous portion but the amount of banana peppers was too much for me. It was also topped with bits of real bacon, Parmesan cheese and roasted peppers. Tasty but not $9 tasty. We all know that fries get cold fast. Within minutes it was not edible. $30 of blah! I won’t be back or recommend.

Classic Portland sandwich spot in the Cosmopolitan Vegas Hotel. I was honestly shocked to see it here and it was a perfect spot to grab a bite in a city that otherwise has a ton of expensive and more formal dining options. The staff was very nice and the sandwich was delicious and filling. Happy to see a little slice of Portland in Vegas.

Got the Pho-rench Dip and it was so freaking good. The broth it came with was legit and the bread stayed together when dipped. Flavors were on point!

You know the foods good when you get kethuo and mustard and dont touch it. Ive never had a dip before but ive had pho and this combo was amazing!! The bread got the perfect amount of soaked and the flavours out of this world. Also got the dirty fries and could not recommend enough.

I forced myself to try a new spot and not one of the other Cosmopolitan carryout spots I’ve visited before and I’m glad I did. As if I needed another reason to visit The Cosmopolitan…

The Lardo menu had lots to choose from, went with a sandwich the cashier suggested – The Bronx Bomber. Overall, the sandwich tasted really good, but there were lots of bites that were way more bread and lettuce than meat. Would’ve liked more meat for the $15.5 I paid. Lots of fries, seasoned perfectly with fried herbs and parmesan.

Nice customer service here, the server was super friendly and helpful. Ordered the porchetta sandwich as a combo and it was a good size. I prefer a bit more meat on mine personally but it had good flavour and the roll itself was fresh. The fries were good with ample herbs and parmesan seasoning. The venue was more akin to a food court/diner situation than anything else. The booth/table could have been cleaner and the napkins needed refilling but overall a decent meal

At one of my stats at The Cosmo, I got to go at Lardo. I ordered a Bronx Bomber, fries, and a Diet Pepsi. The food was nothing special. The fries were ok and just thickish cut fries with a sprinkling of Parmesan. I had less than half of the sandwich, which was recommended by the gal that took my order. I didn’t care for the vinegar mayo or pickled peppers. The shaved beef could of been more generous and it was average at best.
