Delicious! It was my first time trying pho, and it was amazing! The broth tasted fresh and hearty, and I loved the cilantro and basil. I also loved the amount of sprouts they added on the side.

Amboy’s Asian Asylum
Another great local gem! Thai and Vietnamese cuisine on this menu, and what we had was delicious! Spring rolls were amazingly fresh, Phad Thai was spicy, and the Beef and Meatball Pho and Chicken Pho were piping hot and really savory. Quick note: I really like spicy food, but we ordered a 2.5 out of 5 stars on the spice scale, and it was still very spicy! Be forewarned that even if you adore spicy food, you may want to be a bit conservative on the spice scale. Still, an excellent find and an excellent lunch! An Amboy A!

This was the BEST pho I’ve ever had. No question, the broth is so fresh and flavorful. It was so good I forgot to take a picture until part way through! It was a full house a few minutes after we arrived and a wait formed for a table. I got the seafood pho and it’s phenomenal; I’ll be a regular for sure.
