Been there many times but 1st time trying their pho. Got the vegan pho with beef broth. Broth and chilli oil are really good. Really enjoyed the pho but one thing, portion is too small for about $15 after tax. Other places are 2x portion for same price. Almost 5 stars.

Food was clean and tasty. Presentation of food was good and the restaurant was well maintained and clean. Service was friendly and overall experience was good. Price is a bit on the higher side but it is in Haven City Market which tends to hike up the price a but. Porions were adequate. 8/10.

Took an elderly couple to lunch and they wanted to treat us, unfortunately the people that worked had no patience for them, they were very rude and I had to hold my tongue because I didn’t want anyone embarrassed. Soup was not hot enough and so I requested for extra soup for the 80 something couple. They charged them an extra $4.95 for this broth….just broth no meat or anything. Our bill came up almost $100.00….

We had the Vegan Pho spring rolls and egg rolls, Strawberry Macha, coffee latte and passion fruit yogurt drinks. Honestly, we never had Pho and my dad is super picky. He loved the vegan pho soup. The noodles are light not heavy and the broth was extremely flavorful. Fresh veggies on the side to add to taste. The spring rolls are fresh but was not a fan of the peanut sauce. Eggrolls are small and thin but they had nice crunch. It is a little on the expensive since the portions are a little smaller but quality ingredients. Highly recommend the drinks. Overall will eat here again

Overall not bad but given the price point and small portion (pho) served in small plastic disposable bowl for $15, i have to give it 2 stars. I also got a lemongrass beef ban mi for $10 (still hungry after the small pho) I understand were under some inflation, but by golly these are elevated prices for not so elevated food. I’ll stick with other mom and pop locations that serve in more presentable traditional pho bowls with larger portions. The higher price theme ($8 cookie??) w all the food stalls at this Market Hall doesn’t seem to make sense but best of luck to these guys…

I went to Haven City and tried the Lantern Vietnamese Restaurant. They had a few vegan options that looked good on the menu and were really tasty when I tried them.

I had the lemongrass pork bánh mì. I was SUREPRISED and IMPRESSED by the quality of the sandwich. The baguette was memorable with its balance of crunchy and airy-ness. The minced lemongrass reminded me of a home cooked meal. I shared the mango sticky rice and enjoyed the subtle hints of care, such as toasting the sesame and chopped peanuts before adding it as topping. Again, the best bánh mì I’ve had in the IE. It was worth taking a moment to write a review to give them a shout out.
