Loved this place! Fun, clean and bright atmosphere, with a beautiful view of the Gulf. There were 4 people in our group and we each had a fantastic meal. The Margaritaville Resort was also very cool to walk through, with a cute little gift shop to stop into.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This is the most mismanaged Margarittaville restaurant I’ve ever been to & I’ve been to ones all over the world. After waiting 50 minutes & being told it would be 15…. We were greeted by a waiter that told us there were out of nearly every single food on the menu. Not his fault. He said he’d told the hostess & they just kept seating ppl. Total waste of time. Y’all just lost not only restaurant patrons but hotel patrons. I am an avid parrot head & came here to eat after JB passing. This was a horrible disappointment & disgrace. We would have come back & brought all of our family to stay etc. Never again. Wow. Just wow.

The place and ambience is nice. Service was dreadful. We can’t speak on the food since we didn’t have a chance to order any. We waited 50 minutes to be seated. When we were finally seated, we were told that there was no fish, no burgers, no booze, and many other menu items were unavailable. Management could have let us know in advance so we could’ve left and come back another day. I would not recommend this place because of this experience. A little consideration goes a long way. We won’t be coming back nor bringing our friends and family.

The food was disappointing especially it being on the island, shrimp does not taste fresh and fries were not hot but warm when food came out, the chicken fried steak had a unusual taste that was not pleasant. The waitress was good and attentive and there is a patio seating to enjoy the ocean breeze.

The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because our server at the end was kind enough to comp our horrible drinks and remade them himself. (Bloody Mary and a margarita). Apparently the bartender didn’t show up so they were having to get drinks from the resort next to them. Also, it was mid morning and the place was dead. I counted 6 other tables and not a single server approached us to take our order. I had to wave one down just to get service. Highlight of the meal was the burger, but the nachos were absolutely horrendous. Overall it was a massive disappointment and I’ll be skipping this place all together.

Very friendly staff and generous portions. Sit inside or outside with the beach and ocean as your back drop. Live music outside in the evening.

We ordered the Caribbean chicken salad and the shrimp basket. Service was friendly and fast but the food is mediocre at best. Salad should have a mango “ranch” dressing. Tasted like regular ranch and there was way too much of it. The breaded on the shrimp was too thick and not crunchy. Atmosphere is nice. We sat outdoor there was a nice breeze with ocean view.

They just opened as Landshark, previously Seaside Bar and Grill. The waitress told us they are closing the day after Labor Day to upgrade the whole place and become Margaritaville. My husband and I enjoyed our dinners. I had the fish tacos, and they were super yummy, but definitely had a bite!

Great staff!! We were staying at another resort a bit north of this but jaunted down the beach to check stuff out. The lady that greeted / sat us was very nice and welcoming. We asked her about the resort and mentioned that we were on vacation, our first time in SPI, for my wife’s birthday . After we finished our food they sent over a free slice of delicious caramel cheesecake. It was definitely an appreciated gesture. With great staff like this we look forward to staying at the new resort attached to Landshark (formerly known as the Pearl) when they complete construction in 2023.

I liked my food. The service was o.k at best. A manager went to ask if we were good, we asked for a drink and she never took it. Why bother to ask? The atmosphere was great, the bars outside served drinks with Very Little Alcohol. Same drink inside the restaurant was better.
