The food and service at this restaurant is outstanding. Our server, Bobby was very good and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. He explained to us some of their top selling dishes in great detail. I had the Seabass Madrid and it was wonderful. The fish was fresh and firm. The mornay sauce paired very well with this sea bass . The asparagus was cooked to perfection and very crisp. The house salad was a perfectly mixed green salad with a very good honey mustard, balsamic. I highly recommend this restaurant for the deliciously fresh food and outstanding service.

All 5 ☆s! Everything about Landry’s was just perfect! Most of the restaurants on Riverwalk are such typical tourist fare – overpriced and meh tasting. After disappointing dining here and there for the past five days, it was such a treat to pay $45 for a meal that tasted like a million bucks! I ate:

Awesome good and atmosphere. From the bar and bartender upstairs to the food downstairs and waitstaff there. Everything was amazing. They made our anniversary dinner a perfect night.

Perfect Pittsburgh filet steak. Chared on both sides equally.. My new spot every other Thursday from now on. Plus, this great seat is in the back, solo. A good break from the busy world, right on the side of that window. I am very impressed since covid no one takes pride in the food service. Here, that isn’t the issue. Great staff and quality food, priced at what a quality dinnnge expetince should be priced at.

During our visit to the San Antonio Riverwalk for our 36th anniversary, almost every restaurant we visited was mediocre to bad. Landry’s was the exception. First our waiter, Joshua was excellent! He took great care of us, and made our visit very nice. We had the Charbroiled Oysters and Oyster Bar Trash for appetizers. Both were very good. The oysters were a little overcooked but the toppings made them delish. My husband had the Broiled seafood. We were surprised the catch of the day was Tilapia. Kind of lame with all the wonderful fish we have on the Texas Gulf Coast. Again the shrimp were slightly overcooked but the plate was delicious. I had the Redfish and loved it but I wish I’d gotten one of the specialty sauces. I recommend the Orzo instead of a premium side because it was fantastic and packed in lots of extra vegetables too. Honestly for the price of each dish, we should’ve sent a couple of the shrimp portions back because the were overcooked but the sauces and seasonings made everything perfect. Next time we visit, Landry’s will be our first stop!

My family had a pleasant dining experience here. My sever, Kevin was very attentive, kind and extremely courteous who made our dining more upscaled along with amazing corner table by the river view window. Bit pricy compared to other river-walk restaurants but it surely provides exquisite atmosphere. We also had oyster on a half shell and shrimp cocktail as starters. Thanks!

The food was tasty. The atmosphere inside is cramped I feel like the table was too close to others. But our waiter was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, kind and attentive.

Came here during a conference with a small group. We chose to eat outside on the river, so we never saw the inside of the facility. Our server was very professional, quick, and courteous. I got the Chilean Sea Bass and subbed the Orzo out for potatoes for dietary reasons which they were more than accommodating with. The food was delicious. Would absolutely come back next time we are in town.

What can I say, the food here is exceptionally good. We were only in San Antonio for two nights. We came here the first night and came back the second, rather than trying anywhere else. Service was excellent. It’s a comfortable restaurant with great views of the Riverwalk.

I’m actually really sad to have to leave this review. We’re foodies by heart and after vetting the perfect anniversary dinner spots, I landed on surprising my husband with Landry’s Seafood House. We had never tried it, and I sent photos from reviews to him as teasers. We arrived on time for our reservation and had little to no wait for our booth- they are very tight so keep that in mind! Our server Mandy was very kind, and our review has nothing to do with service. We planned on dessert, so skipped appetizers. I added the side Caesar salad to begin with, and disappointed in consuming a mostly red, old salad. Dinner came and my husband’s medium ribeye was over cooked, to a medium well to well, as well as tough. Although my plate looked amazing!- it was very bland which surprised me, considering it’s a seafood restaurant. Restrooms were dirty, big lack of teamwork between the staff, and atmosphere didn’t fit the price point of the restaurant. 3/10
