Let me start with this is the best steak I have ever had. Their bread was amazing and their loaded mashed potatoes were also great. For the service it was some of the best I’ve ever had. The waiter was very polite and even got my brother strawberries without us asking. He also treated us with the best respect. The atmosphere was great and they had very good music for the restaurant. The bathrooms were very clean and the food got there very fast. 5/5 100% recommend.

Really a shame. Place is not busy at all but service was very bad. About 15 minutes at table before a server (not ours) asked us if we would like water or a drink? She appologized for our server. Now, it’s literally 30 minutes in and our server (Alexandra) has not shown up yet. See pictures so you see the place is not busy. Alexandra did not bring us bread at the start. We asked for some (after she brought our food) she told us the kitchen is closed now and seemed to behave as if we were fortunate to have been served at all. Others came in after us and got bread. Worst service we have ever had! Food was great! Manager offered us a dessert but we don’t eat dessert. No discount given and no tip (first time ever to not tip a server).

My family and I stopped here for dinner before our cruise, and it was fantastic! We, of course, were a little under dressed, but our waiter made us feel right at home. We started with charbroiled oysters and, even though I’m not a fan of oysters, I took advantage of dipping a chunk of bread in all the saucy goodness left in the shells My son (12M) ordered the Tuna Poke bowl, and it was plenty for his dinner portion. I had the seafood pasta, and it was delicious!

Haven’t been close enough to a Landrys in years. Seen this one in Galveston and just had to go for the seafood stuffed jalapeños and dinner. Surf n turf with lobster stuffed jumbo shrimp, asparagus and mouth watering perfectly cooked filet. I really nice ribeye mashed potatoes and swordfish with shrimp, mashed potatoes and covered with red sauce. Chocolate cake and bread pudding were awesome

Last week I ate here with my family, fiancé and future mother in law. We had a few appetizers to start: Fried Calamari, Crab and Spinach Dip, and Crawfish Bread. The appetizers were quite tasty with the crab and spinach dip probably being the best out of what we had for appetizers. We also had a few cocktails between us along with some quite delicious food. The Almond Crusted Mahi looked and tasted really good if I had to recommend one dish. I personally had the Jumbo Shrimp platter which itself was good and very filling. In retrospect, I probably should have asked for a different side other than onion rings because I wasn’t able to finish it all. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re wanting a nice intimate family get together with a friendly staff, good food, and clean restrooms. One tidbit, beware of the limited parking and don’t be surprised if you’re looking for a spot somewhere close by.

Visited here a few times over the course of the summer. The food was excellent, but unfortunately this was overshadowed by poor service at the bar. We always started with a dozen oysters. These were excellent whether raw or grilled. Each visit I ordered a different fish dish and was never disappointed. Be sure to add one of the delicious toppings. On the negative side I usually like to eat at the bar. Unfortunately it may be possible to die of thirst before you can get a drink there. The, bar manager was clueless and on the rare occasion she came back to help she also ignored the full bar to work on floor orders. There is a lovely patio but it’s just too hot to enjoy during the summer. The view is often blocked by large RVs camping in front of the restaurant. I asked the server about it and was told it’s illegal to stay there overnight but the city refuses to take action against them. Overall don’t rule this place out, the food is excellent. Just don’t sit outside or at the bar.

It took 45 minutes to seat me and my family of 6 which is normal but after we sat we waited almost 50 minutes for the food our appetizers came out at almost the same time. The food was very dry had no taste to it had to request seasoning salt from the kitchen for the stuffed flounder. I do not recommend due to spring break maybe they are overwhelmed and do not have enough staff. For the money I do not recommend our poor sever apologized but this was not his fault. Alcoholic drinks wasn’t to good also. Lots of ice over drinks to fill glass.
