Great service and amazing wings. The lunchtime specials are great value and the cheap pitchers are an added bonus! Waitress was very attentive and friendly, would definitely return. More of a lunchtime place for me but would try it in the evening. Nice sports bar vibe.

Went to Landlubber’s Davie today for a late lunch. Barmaid was attentive, took my order for 10 wings hot and onion rings. When presented with the wings they looked barely cooked. First one I ate was ok, but still barely cooked. Attached is a picture of the second one I attempted to eat. Chicken was under cooked and was bloody inside. I asked to see a manager, the bar maid said there wasn’t one available except for the kitchen manager. He came over and agreed they weren’t cooked properly, then offered to send another order, which I refused. Don’t order onion rings unless you have several in your party to share, way to much for just me, barmaid should have pointed out how much is in an order. That was a waste of money, I finished my beer, left 2/3 of the onion rings and was presented with a bill for the onion rings and beer. The proper thing should have been to comp the entire order. Used to go here for over 20 yrs, has gone down hill in recent years, won’t be going back.

I had their famous fish and chips. Nothing special. No named “white fish”. 4 skinny peices. OK good price. Good service. Has a bar side. Enough TV to watch. Locals said they come every saterday afternoon for Raw oysters and clams. Place is clean but old feeling. Might be right for local 50’ish crowd. Not bad but not outstanding against competition.

Great neighborhood bar with a large menu filled with quality items. The new ownership has definitely turned things around! Full of friendly faces ready to take my order. The taller gentleman with the white hair was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend the chipotle chicken tacos

We had a large group of people and ordered appetizers and main courses. All the food came out nice and tasty, from the catfish to the burgers as well as the two different soups and nachos. Service was good too!

This place has improved a great deal since the 80s. Stumbled in to karaoke night on Saturdays and it was fun. Not real thrilled listening to little kids struggle their way through songs. Next time I go I’ll be practiced up and show em who’s boss!

I went in with my family at 2pm on a Sunday. We were the only people there. As we walked in, there were three staff members all talking to themselves behind the bar. All three looked at us standing there, looking at them and said nothing..,twice. No greeting, no “Hi Guys”, “Just A Minute” or “She’ll be right with you”. Nothing. At first I thought they may be closed. We waited at the front for the server and she finally showed up (after 10 minutes) and said we could sit anywhere. We took our seats in the next room. Ten minutes later, she showed up and took our drink order. As I said, there were no other customers present. After 15 minutes, we got antsy and decided to leave. The waitress apologized and said Have A Nice Day. Very strange experience to say the least. Did they even want our business? Or maybe it was just an off day.

I just got back from Landlubbers and I’m not happy. A friend of mine said they have the best wings so I went with wife. He goes to Landlubbers near Del Ray. I saw a big bucket of precooked chicken on the counter behind the bar. They were re cooking it in the fryer. I got my wings in two seperate bowls in a soupy watered down sauce. The wings were overcooked and shriveled. The waitress comments that the wings looked over cooked. I sent them back and she recommended the cheesesteak. The front door says “Best Cheesesteak”. It was the worst cheesesteak I ever had. The place looks run down for having “new” management. I think they rehired the old management. I’m in the Navy and I can handle some crap food, but this food was the worst. I would not recommend this food to my sailors or my worst enemy…or the army…

Other than the oysters and garlic parmesan waffle fries, the food was meh. Service was good and the drink prices were great, considering I live one county north and I originally was heading to a raw bar in Homestead.
