worst of the worst.

Do not expect to come here for fine dining, a fancy atmosphere, or even air conditioning (they have a wall air con that they say works but noticeably made no difference). It’s a hole-in-the-wall, family-run establishment. It seems the dad is the main cook, the son is the waiter, and the mom does various errands around the restaurant. There is limited seating, and water is provided in small, plastic cups. You order through a QR code at the table. The chef comes out to talk to the locals who speak Chinese. By all means, it’s a no-nonsense, limited hospitality joint.

Got food poisoning after eating here. 🙁

Noodles here were excellent. Meat was OK. The place itself is quiet but the service was quick. You place an order through the app, and they bring it to you. Not many drink options though. I would recommend if you’re looking for something flavorful and authentic.

Noodles were alright, but nothing special. Meat was overcooked, dry and over salted. Ordering was quick on the app. We received a Coke Zero instead of the Diet Coke we ordered. Server kept going into the kitchen, so it was hard to get his attention when we needed to pay.

The noodles were good, let’s get that out of the way. I tried the spicy noodles and they didn’t taste very spicy. I decided to “upgrade” to add sliced beef to my noodles. The amount given was comical. You pay $3 extra for basically what looks like what is found at the bottom of a beef jerky bag. Skip the add on. The service was very slow, but overall nice. It’s difficult to justify a return trip to Qin Xi’an noodles with so many other great options for these dishes in the area.

The chef is back! The new rice noodle is great! Spicy beef and lamb paomo is awesome! Look at the size of the food!

I dined at this noodle restaurant and was completely taken aback by their quality and service. The portions they serve are incredibly generous; every time I’ve visited, I’ve struggled to finish my meal because of how full I am! But the highlight has to be the flavor of their dishes. If you’re looking for authentic Chinese biangbiang noodles with that genuine Xi’an taste, this is the place to be. A delightful culinary experience I’d recommend to all Chinese noodle lovers out there!

One of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve been to. The chef walks around in flip-flop and dirty socks, playing games on his phone, and then goes straight to pull the noodles without washing his hands. Noodles are tasteless and unevenly pulled in thickness. The place is tiny, getting very hot since it’s summer, no air conditioning for ventilation.

This restaurant really blessed Capitol Hill with the best hand pulled noodles!!!! I got their braised beef brisket hand pulled noodle soup and stewed pork sandwich and they were both DELICIOUS. They were both so flavorful and the noodle soup was perfect for the rainy Seattle day. The pork sandwich was juicy and soft on the inside with a crispy bun on the outside. So perfect! I regret not coming here sooner. The restaurant seems to be run by an older couple and they are sweet. The lady reminds me of my aunts who fuss over me and make sure I have enough food to eat so this place really feels like home. Definitely recommend stopping by!
