I went here and place an order with Jessica and she was horribly rude. She did not take my order correctly and contaminated the food by taking already served food from my plate and putting it back in the buffet to serve others. When I was trying to tell her not to do that because its gross she got loud and said “do you want it or not” and then threw my food down on the table and started attending the next guest and didn’t finish serving me or check me out. As I stood there baffled by the service, I asked for the manager and Jennifer came out to attend to me, and was equally just as rude without even hearing my complaint. They put the wrong food on my plate and instead of serving a new plate she put my food directly over the trash can which was very unsanitary, and started scooping out the rest of the portion of food I didn’t want to refill something else. When I asked her not to put my food over the trash can she threw my food in the trash and said you can go and gave me a refund without me asking for one. My food was supposed to be $9.60 as said on the menu ( including tax) when I went to pay the guy told me $11.90 and i accepted it because i assumed i read the menu wrong. I got home and saw that I was charged $12.26. This place should not be in business if they are scamming customers even if it is just three dollars

So I usually go here at least once a month Well today me & my friend walk up first and a Karen’s walks a split second after me But I’ve already told the guy what I want He tells me to hold on he’s going to pamper Karen first in shock I’m like he can’t be serious he starts fixing me food then asks her what else would she like she tells him that her order all rude with a attitude ♀️this guy dumps my food out back in the buffet pans which more than nasty & disrespectful so I told him u just lost 2 loyal customers I’ll never eat at any of there restaurants again Made me try a new place Sarku Japan not only was the food prepared fresh in front of me its taste way better and customers services was great thanks for the referral
