Called on Sunday morning and ordered pizzas for my son’s birthday party. The pizza was pretty good, but unfortunately the girl who took my order on the phone was incredibly rude. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth having spent $150+ and being treated that way. I had my phone on speaker as I was setting up for the party and my friends who heard the conversation were laughing because she was soooo miserable toward me for absolutely no reason! I worked in the service industry in the past and I am never rude to restaurant staff. Bizarre…anyways we are not likely to order/eat here again.

Excellent pizza. Great food. They have salad options and allergy options. Beer is expensive. You have to ask what the special is with beer. Service is ok. You get in line, order and pay at the front and it takes a bit of time ,then someone will bring your pizza and leave. You don’t have wait staff and it’s pretty much self serve.

Ordered to go – a pizza, wings, and cinnamon dots.Some of the wings are dried out and they are too fatty and thick slimy skin. They don’t bother to peel the carrots that are included with the wings. The cinnamon dough dots are hard and all the cinnamon and sugar is burnt at the bottom of the tin. Disappointing – not worth $60 at all. But Mason was great at the register ! Never again …..

Hands down, my favorite pizza place in Reno. Great variety, the pizza is top-notch and cook perfectly . They can easily deal with big parties (lots of seating). The bar area serves the menu up and is quieter for small parties.

This used to be a pretty good place for pizza. It has turned for worse. The staff is always screwing around. The pizza takes forever and they are very stingy with the ranch. $40 for pizza and you can’t have more than 2 tiny ranch cups.

Had this place at 5 stars until the last pizza we ordered was clearly a mistake on their part. It was obvious that they took all of the toppings off our pizza and put our toppings that we ordered. The pizza had a faint taste of sausage and onions and the inner part was thin with less cheese than normal and watery sauce from stripping the first toppings off. Very disappointed that they would pull something like that.

Beware of unprofessional service. They were an hour from closing, took my order then the first thing they told me when bringing the pizza is that they were closing…. And we forgot your combo platter. Why would you take my order for dine-in if that’s the first thing out of your mouth. Fantastic service from a local establishment with clueless staff . Oh, and they want their tip up front. Jeez.
