We offer Sri Lankan curries, samosas and other ethnic specialties cooked by a bona fide Sri Lankan in an outdoor setting in town. Non-curry dishes also available… like hand cut french fries.
Service is quick, we are a food truck, and in summer months there is a lovely grassy place to sit with plenty of picnic tables under a beautiful spreading shade tree.

Absolutely wonderful food! I love authentic Sri Lankan food (after visiting the country) and this was very good. I had two curries (chicken and green beans) and both were very good, complimentary and different enough. The spice level was great and the roti was very tasty with the curry. We will try and visit again before our vacation ends. The picnic tables under the shady tree were perfect for eating outside with dogs.

I got the all five curry combo and every curry is absolutely terrific and delicious! Owner was super nice too. If you are not afraid of spice and is looking for something that’s different from the bland bar and grill food offered around here, this is the place for sure!!!

I don’t usually write online reviews, but had to for this one. I’ve had a lot of curries in my life (all in the States) and Lal’s chicken and broccoli curries are the best I’ve ever had. I’ve never had a “bad” curry, but these are the best. I love the coconut milk base and the spice is just right. I can tell that good care and quality went into making these. I’ll be back!

Consistently unique in the monthly curries. Lal definitely cares about providing unique curry dishes to the valley. Keep on keeping on. It’s also nice to have another culturally diverse cuisine option in a small rural region of the US.

We’ve eaten from Lal’s Fork several times and even had a party catered by Lal. The curries are always excellent and he is generous with his portion sizes. I love having this type of exotic food here in this rural town. We are so lucky to have this!

Amazing food! We had lunch here on the way and loved the experience. Fusion of Asian and American food. We had Korean fried chicken sandwich, Vietnamnese noodle, and Thai salad! They are so delicious!

Beautifully done Sri Lankan curries – best curry in the Methow and best authentic Asian cuisine in the Methow. I recommend the Dahl.
