First off, Jessie needs a raise. She was incredible and attentive, even though the place was very busy and the kitchen was backed up. I’ve ordered Doordash from here plenty of times because I LOVE their burgers, but this was the first time I’ve actually gone there in person. Cool little place, patio has nice views of the water, the beer is ice cold and the food is better than most upscale restaurants that charge you 3x as much money. TRY THE SAGANAKI, as a Greek I can tell you it’s some of the best I’ve ever had and coming from a dive bar that’s….impressive.

Great location right next to Walled Lake and excellent dive bar with solid food. Always stop in for a burger and beer after riding. Nothing bad to say about Lakeview. It also apparently has a pretty rollicking karaoke night on Fridays. Gotta imagine thats pretty good

Fish n’ Chips were good. My wife’s salad was not prepared correctly bc not all the ingredients made it in her salad, while the onions she asked to be omitted managed to make it into her salad. The worst part of dinner was my son’s ribeye steak. It was disgusting. My son said it tasted weird, so I tried it and it did taste weird, like a weird after taste. Hard to describe, other than disgusting. He couldn’t eat it, and we didn’t force him to either bc it was so nasty. The vegetables were no better. Over-cooked and cold, and just awful. The waitress should have been embarrassed to serve that plate of garbage to my son. And the steak was $30, which is not a lot but not little enough for me to say to myself, “well, that’s what you get for buying a cheap steak.” And my wife’s salad was $2 more than the menu price due to inflation, hahaha, inflation on a salad! The place was awful. Will never go back. To top it all off, we got home just in time to avoid a mess in my car. Ugh, it’s so disgusting to even think about right now. I just want people to be aware so they don’t make the same mistake we made tonight.

We walked in and waited to see if anyone would greet us or acknowledge that we were waiting for a table. Not a single server made eye contact with us and just walked by and said nothing while we stood there for 5 minutes by the entrance. We ended up leaving and ate elsewhere. Kind of unfortunate because we wanted to try this place since we’ve never been here and this was our first impression that we experienced.
