Rude on the phone. Rude in person. Food is nothing special for the price it’s below par. It might have tasted better if they would have been a bit nicer. Google maps does not send you to them and when you call to find them you will be put on hold and then treated like an inconvenience when you’re just trying to find the place to pick up the $80 order you made online. They were much nicer when they realized I walked in to pay! I almost just left. I won’t go back.

So I was looking for a pizza place and I found Lakeside Pizza & Grinders. But when I arrived everyone is wearing Mancino’s Pizza, and it is located sharing a gas station. I had ordered and arrived to pick up my pizza. I was told they had forgot to put my pizza in and so I had to wait for it. This place is very chaotic and does not have a coordinated system to run it. I got a 14” deluxe pizza, a thick crust pan pizza and a seafood salad, and barbecue chicken wings, the price for this was $68.70! When I got home after the long wait, my pan pizza was way overdone and I ordered mushroom and double pineapple and there was only a couple of pieces of pineapple on it! Also the seafood salad for my daughter was not good, she stated. The 14” pizza was good and the chicken wings were overcooked as well. For the price I paid not only was the service horrible, but the majority of our order was not good. I will not be back and if you want a good pizza, this is not the place for it!

Ordering a burrito with extra meat they hardly have any meat in it. Order was late. Greek salad was a lot of lettuce and some feta. Come on guys you can do better.

Pizza is typically what you’d expect. Ordered a 16 inch Pride (everything) was told 25-30 minutes, arrived at the 35 minute mark pizza had not even made it to the oven. Had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get my order. Was asked to pull around front and wait. Staff was pleasant but slow.

Great quality and great customer service! Lakeside pizza & grinders has quickly become a beloved staple in our family. We eat there at least once a week, and their turkey grinders are phenomenal! Would definitely recommend!
