I ordered a hot lobster roll. It was a little bit small for 36$ imo. I love sweet potato fries so I’m happy that was an option. The sweet potato fries were okay, crispy but oily at the same time. The lobster was fresh and was cooked well. The bun was a cheap hot dog bun you would buy at dollar general. Nice lakeside location with plenty of outdoor seating at picnic tables. The service was good and attentive. Nothing on the menu about dietary substitutions and I did not ask.

The manager was amazing she ran the dining room and bar. Her service was so good for how busy it was. The food is always amazing if your in Massachusetts it’s a stop to make. The view of the lake is perfect for sitting outside and eating.

My wife and I were here for an early dinner today and the food and service was top notch as always! We had a lengthy conversation with the Owner/Manager and had a very pleasant visit. The Seafood was fresh and perfectly prepared, the produce in my wife’s salad was bright and vibrant and the drinks were cold and plentiful. If you have the opportunity don’t pass up a chance for a great meal at a fair price. Thank you, yet again for another great experience. Keep up the great work!

This place was recommended by the the local celebrity, The Viral Viking. It’s clean and has a great atmosphere. The bartender and manager have a fantastic dynamic that make it feel like home. The swiss mushroom burger was very tasty on its brioche bun! Super light and fluffy. The calamari was deep fried to perfection. Extra crispy with out being over cooked.

Super excited we found this gem. The lobster roll was my first and it was divine! I didn’t expect to like the clam chowder, but it was so good! The kids even enjoyed it! Apparently it’s made fresh daily and that attention and preparation really shows. The staff was great and you can’t beat the lake view.

The restaurant has a great view of Pontusic Lake. That’s the only redeeming quality of this place. Our server Robin should have retired from the service profession years ago. She was rude and rushed us out the door. We were 1 of 4 parties in the restaurant. My burger was ok but my girlfriend’s sandwich was dry it was supposed to come with honey mustard it didn’t. Robin basically dropped off the check and didn’t ask us about the meal or anything. We got the bums rush. I don’t remember ever being treated so rudely by the staff of an establishment. I do not recommend Lakeside at all. Well maybe if you want bad service and poor quality food this is your place. BEWARE!!
