Came here with my Abuela to grab a bite to eat. She was in the mood for hamburgers and I just saw this place coming down the road, so I looked it up. I’m glad we stopped here, because the food was great. It was fresh and came very quickly, and for the price, it’s very filling. Not to mention the very nice and attentive waiter. She was working the bar most of the time, but she still made sure to check in on my grandma and I. Overall, this place was really inviting and very nicely decorated. I’d gladly come to visit again whenever I’m in the area. Oh, along with the music. It was very nicely chosen. Definitely stop by if you see this place.

I can’t comment on the food or the service because we didn’t stay to eat. They might have the best food and best service around. But when we walked in we could both smell the really heavy odor of cigarette smoke. If I was looking for drinks and a game of pool I might have hung out but we were hungry, The place looked more like a dive bar than a restaurant and it only took a second for us to decide to go somewhere else.

Absolutely love this place. Just stopped by for one drink and ended up leaving after 3 hours. Delicious burgers, cold beer, friendly locals and bartender. Had a blast listening to music and playing pool with locals. Haven’t laughed so much or had a great time in quite a while. I’ll be back.

Cute, out-of-the-way biker-esque for the locals can hang and busy bee. Free pool Fri nights, so I’ll definitely go again. Plus the food is pretty great and reasonably priced.

Went in on Monday @ 11pm for a quick post-work date… We were just hoping for a different late night option than Old Town. Chairs were already flipped and the music was off. I asked if they were closing early and they kinda hummed and hawed about bein able to serve me a quick beer if I really wanted one, but it wasn’t a welcoming moment… I’m not upset about it – only sharing bc it’s definitely something to consider if you’re trying to go there late night. If they’re slow, they might close early.

We tried to go to several places in downtown Bastrop but they were too packed. It was St. Patrick day, tho! Our waitress, Hollie was AMAZING!! VERY attentive! Kept up with us. Everyone was friendly, didn’t make you feel like outsiders! You can BYOB…well, flask! We will definitely be back!
