Just ordered two delicious hero’s. The Texan Hero and the Fire Chief. Both were made to order, boars head roast beef and other layers of flavor served on a hot garlic bread for under $20 for the two. By the way, they also sell a great selection of comic books and baseball cards.

The portions are always nicely sized, the food is excellent, and the health salad is probably the best I’ve ever tasted. I actually will drive there from Bethpage just for the health salad. The owner and his wife remember everyone, and they will greet you by name once you introduce yourself. An excellent family deli. Worth the trip.

Terrible service. They offer Door Dash and they took over an hour to process the order and then cancelled an hour later. Poor customer service. Be very cautious when placing take out orders.
