One of the best Thai restaurants in the area. The place is small to dine in but enough to fit small groups. Service is fast and prompt. Can order to taste. Food is excellent. Most do carry outs. Most of the time food is ready in 20 minutes for pick up. Prices are a bit high, but we’ll worth it. Servers are polite and courteous.

Best Thai food in the A2, Ypsi, and Canton areas. Seriously, so good! We were blown away by how delicious everything is and the Thai coffee can be made with oat milk so it’s vegan. The server was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

A friend took me here. He’s known the owners for quite some time. Food was really good. The first time here, I didn’t think I would eat the entire large size portion but it was just too good, I couldn’t help myself. The second time, I adjusted the heat of the dish from mild to a medium and it gave me just the right level of heat. I would definitely visit here for Thai again if in the area.

The restaurant has a nice touch of southeastern decor and itself is very clean. Service is prompt and the waitstaff are very attentive. I always find it lovely to get to know and chat with small business owners, and Lai Thai definitely makes me feel they care about their goods and services. The meals we had were amazing.

Very delicious food! Got the Pad Thai with chicken, Red Curry with chicken and tofu, Pataya Fried Rice ( the one with yummy pineapples) and the Lai Thai Noodle with beef (Kao Soi). Never had the last item before and honestly I wasn’t a big fan of it- would not recommend the Lai Thai Noodle, but everything else was amazing!!! Also great service! Favorite place for Thai in Canton!
