WHAT HAPPENED?!? I grew up on La Gondola in Decatur, and usually the other locations have a similar taste… but this location missed the mark. The meatballs were half the size they have always been, and they had a weird taste to them. The garlic bread was good as usual. The service was good too, but the taste of the sauce and meatballs was not good. I will be trying other locations next time I’m around…

Literally the worse customer service I’ve ever seen. Me and my coworker went in to order food. The first girl placed a to go order on the counter, looked us right in the face and turned and walked away. The 2nd girl did the same. We were not greeted and very unfriendly. I thought it was a race thing until I saw another pick up his order and it was totally wrong. No apology or anything. Very unfriendly place. I threw my good away worried that they did something to it. NEVER GO THERE

The little girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. I simply asked for 2 subs and a grilled cheese. She huffed and puffed and told me to hold on. Took 2 minutes and replied what else. I will never support this place again. Piss poor customer service will get ya shut down. Ill drive to pekin from now on.

Food was good after ordering double meat. The parking lot was full of car but only one customer inside. I saw four cars drive away at lunchtime. Recommendation would be for employees not to park in the customer’s parking lot.
