The perfect breakfast taco! Delicious, fresh, and perfectly portioned. Definitely don’t skip the salsa bar! The patron salsa is creamy & light, and the tomatillo sauce is earthy with the perfect kick. The Carmadillo is the latte to start your morning with! I love the aesthetic of ladybird, definitely will be back to try some more! Thank you, ladybird!

No Chance
Took a pic of these three infinitesimal tacos next to my disgustingly bland 12oz June coffee for scale. This tiny little morsel of a meal cost a whopping $25 at lunchtime. While I had it delivered, my office is a short drive away and the driver was super efficient, yet my meal was still cold so it clearly came out lukewarm to begin with. I guess if you put some hipster name on a $6, two bite taco the Mt. Brook elite come flocking. The flavor was decent but there’s no way I’ll be back with those prices. Just ain’t worth it.

Have been waiting for Ladybird to come to B’ham, and it’s totally worth the wait. Best breakfast and lunch tacos I’ve ever had. Fantastic vibe, staff, food, everything is amazing. Also the prices are super reasonable where other places are going thru the roof. Amazing all around.

If you are on a diet, please go to this place. Ordered a breakfast bowl for myself and girlfriend. Wasn’t even 4oz of food. Ordered bacon and it was soggy. Very disappointed. Hope this review can turn this restaurant around.

Delicious tacos with plenty in them! Loved the salad, too. Roasted broccoli and other fun tidbits, with a fantastic dressing on the side. Staff was super nice. Please visit these folks. So good!

Ended up here by chance since our original plan was closed on Easter morning. I am so glad we did! I had both breakfast and lunch tacos and they were very tasty. Not greasy, fresh ingredients, super well presented. The place is clean and nicely lit. Lots of seating outdoors that is dog friendly. Several gluten free options for those who have dietary limitations, which I appreciate immensely. I also like the fair pricing.

The tacos were out of this world phenomenal. I had #7 and #12 lunch tacos. #12 was my favorite (carnitas pickled onion and radish). #7 the brisket was very smoky. That’s why I liked the carnitas better. The green salsa is the best (self serve). We went at 11am on a Sunday and it was extremely crowded. We had to wait a while for our food and it was so loud inside. There was no where to sit so we took the tacos home. My advice is to order online and pick it up or go at an earlier time when it’s far less crowded.

Man oh man!! A coffee shop, bakery and breakfast and taco eatery all in one!!?? Shut the front door!! Baaabay! I found a place hidden in the shops of Mountain Brook Sweet Baby Moses it was delicious!! I had the Farmers Salad w/ Black beans, sweet pots, onion, shredded cabbage, pepitas, avocado and a heard of other veggies.. yes you can add a meat protein however it was amazing the way it comes!! Paired with a watermelon refresher I was in Taco Bowl Heaven!! Don’t think for one second didn’t try and bakery Items!! My my my my my.. the chocolate croissant, a blueberry creme danish and since I don’t speak German yet I know it’s a German pastry a flakey muffin thingy shaken with sugar !!! Top tier all around!! If y’all have tried Ladybird Taco!! You better run on over and get you some!! It’s the JAM!!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised. When I found it they had 2 different locations in 2 different cities. I was kind of leary. They did not disappoint, though. The fresh made blue corn tortillas were AMAZING. The place was really busy, but the service was quick.
