Omg sooo yummy! I took the drive from merced to try this place and I was not disappointed one bit. I got the boss lady $22 2 fish, 2 chicken corn, coleslaw , cornbread (included) and I picked mac n cheese and yams for my sides. Delicious!! and the Mac and cheese is the best I’ve ever had. Everything was so good. I ate for lunch and ate my leftovers for dinner. I will be bringing everyone I know and their mama to this spot!

Really trying hard to understand why the whole local community isn’t here at Lady G’s. We were looking for good food with a touch of soul and stumbled upon Lady G’s. Being from the South and the East, where food is known to be packed with flavor, this place did not disappoint. Check out the menu, then head on over. Great customer service. This place has amazing food! Family owned and operated. I cannot get over how hospitable they were. I can’t remember the last time I had a good fried okra. I grew up in the south so I’ve been fortunate to experience good soul food. I was finally able to share that experience with my kids and they kept saying this was the best food they ever had! We can hardly wait until the next time we go there. And secretly my fingers are crossed that a good jambalaya is possible.

First time trying Lady G’s, it was saucy Wednesday and the chicken wings with the sweet chili sauce were amazing. We had the catfish and the riblets which were hot and delicious…I had the peach lemonade and my husband had the blueberry lemonade and both were fantastic. The atmosphere was on point and the staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend.

So glad this place came to town!! Something different and SOOO good Got the riblets with bbq sauce. I’d definitely come back to this place. Definitely has that “home style” feeling and the music was pretty relaxing . The lady, who I’m assuming is “Lady G” and her cook were super awesome and the food didn’t take too long.

Man, there are no words to explain the food here. We got the chicken, fried riblets, and tilapia. It was fire ! first I had never had riblet’s like these before, the flavor was on point. The texture was very different and exciting. I had to stop and think about what I was eating it was so good. The breading was the perfect texture and the meat was just right. The BBQ sauce was tangy but bold. I love using lots of sauce om my food. There was just enough sauce to add some extra flavor, but also lleft enough room to get the full flavor of the ribs. All the sides were great as well. The corn, reminded me of Bubba gumps, and Colslaw was not too sweet so it tasted more fresh it had just the right amount of sweetness to tie in all the flavors. The chicken was juicy and had a similar breading which is really perfection to all my foodies. The tilapia was so good. I know my 9 year old would love it. We thought it was really cute how they served pop corn before the meal came out. We also try not to drink soda, and we were served water. The water was mint infused. What a great idea.
