201 W 4th St is such a fun place to come have food and tell your friends to meet there. Once I found out there is a vegan Mexican food in this plaza, I had to go.

I’ve loved everything I’ve ever ordered from here, which I don’t think one can say about most places Prices are fair and the food is all so, so good, as are the drinks and desserts. Please don’t think you have to be vegan to eat here — I’m not, and I’m always wondering when I can come back :0) Loreta and the staff are the sweetest, too.

Delicious tamal made with hongos & chile guajillo . Tacos were pretty good too, especially the al pastor! They had a nice selection of items. The food is nourishing & authentic. Cute atmosphere at 4th St Marketplace. Parking is tricky with construction on 4th St, but worth the effort. Kid friendly. Thanks for using minimal plastic

Partner and I were really excited to try this place and it was a huge let down. We ordered a burrito, a taco, and a tamale. The burrito cost $14 with cheese and is about half the size of a chipotle burrito, which while I was eating I was thinking how much happier I would’ve been eating a chipotle burrito. The burrito had rice, black beans, and unmelted cheese, for $14, so extremely overpriced. The taco was bland and again overpriced. The tamale was awful and didn’t have anything in it, so just a complete waste of $30. The only thing that was good about the experience was the building this place is in. Save your money and go to either Chicana Vegan or Vegan by El Zamorano.

One of the best vegan places I have been!!! My daughter is vegan and is always difficult to find good food. We tried the beans & mole tamales and mole enchiladas, tamal was so moist, tasteful; food in this place is so rich, made with entegrity and love. El café de olla with coconut milk is delicious. Either you are vegan or not, you will eat and be greatful ❤️

Bad location. Edit: It is in a difficult to locate, out of the way location. The burrito was super tasty, very fresh and organic. Tacos were okay. Cheese and Jalapeño tamale was fine.

I like that they have a range of vegan options. I would highly recommend the Pambaso, it looks amazing. For the tamale, it was good although it could have been a bit firmer. Watch out for that spicy sauce, it’s on the side and it was savory good. I will definitely be swinging by to try the other items.

How can you not like a vegan Mexican restaurant in all of Santa Ana? Need more of these places. The owner lady actually makes all the tamales, and they are pretty good especially because they are not greasy. I had mole and bean tamales, and it was delicious!
