I’ve had this particular restaurant on my wish list for a while now. The shopping center it’s in seemed a bit odd but I was pleasantly surprised to see the inside. Very professional. The pictures I posted are of the Pumpkin Ravioli. The other is a birthday dessert I’m honestly not sure of the name. The pumpkin ravioli was without a doubt the most interesting blend of sweet and savory I’ve ever tasted. The sweet being evenly balanced with savory bits of sausage. The food seemed like it wasn’t going to be enough, yet it was a perfect serving size for me. The dessert simply put, was similar to flan with cocoa and fruit flavors. Service wise I’d give it a 5/5 our waiter was fast and friendly. The cons I’d say were that the lighting was far too dim. (You can kind of tell by my pictures), the food took awhile to come out and it was a bit pricey but not bad at all for the quality of the food. I was all around impressed by this little adventure and look forward to coming back.

OMG. I had the mushroom appetizers. They were amazing. 3 different types of sauces. Never experienced flavors like that. So subtle and flavorful. It was so good l couldn’t wait for the main course. I had the Languini Seafood with Fettuccine noodles instead. The meal was one of the best l’ve ever had. I ate it slow so l could enjoy every bite. I could not believe the flavor. Nothing was over powering with flavor. It was just perfect. I drank water so the flavor wouldn’t leave my palette. Seafood was a plenty. The meal though flavorful, wasn’t heavy at all. No heavy cream. I had to use the bread to sop up the sauce when the bowl was empty. The girlfriend had the Pizza with broccoli. I know. Broccoli on Pizza? So different and so flavorful. The red peppers set it off. I wanted to be cheap. The staff didn’t make it easy. I had to leave a 25 % tip. You’d be a fool not to try this place. Thank you for one of the best meals I’ve ever had for under $25 bucks. I guess you get what you pay for. I know I’ll be back again for probably the 150th time. So Satisfying.

WOW what a place! I have been here twice and absolutely loved there food. First time I got the pumpkin raviolis which was such a unique flavor and this last time I got duck pasta dish that was just wonderful. The cocktails we ordered were pretty impressive and really tasted great. To top it off they have an incredible view of Reno so i recommend asking for a seat close to the windows to enjoy the view well you eat. Highly recommend this place for a date night.

La Vecchia is a great local spot. We’ve been going there for very years, even in it’s previous location. The city view is one of the best. The service has always been good and the staff seems well trained. The food is great. All homemade pasta and sauces. Their specials seem to reflect on the seasonal vegetables. They have a very good wine list. We tend to go there for happy hour occasionally. The menu is good and the food never disappoints. Tuesday night is free corkage in the bar at Happy Hour. It’s a great time to meet up with friends.

We had dinner last night. It was fantastic as usual. Steamed mussels for starters , the broth and mussels were tasty. The chicken parmesan is tender and delightful to the palate. Our guest had fillet mignon , he said it was tender with lots of flavor. My daughter had pasta Norma, which she gets every time. She says it’s her favorite and there’s always plenty leftover for lunch the next day. Thanks for the awesome food. We will be back.

Our food was great! The service, timing and general experience was just ok. 6:30pm on a Saturday night, hostess was busy at the bar talking to the bar tender and failed to notice us for a good 5min. Honestly I thought she was a patron given her attire. After being seated our drink order was taken but after several minutes another waitress asked if our server had been by, she had noticed our waters were empty. A few minutes later our waitress comes by to let us know they are still working on our drinks (bottled beer & a mixed drink). I looked over and noticed only 2 patrons at the bar and maybe 10 tables of seated guests… 20mins to get 1 mixed drink and a beer? Before our drinks had arrived the waitress took our order (seemed odd). Once our drinks arrived and our order had been placed it was another 10-15min before the waitress finally brought out the complementary bread. She then walks back to the kitchen and brings out or dinner leaving no time to enjoy the bread and oil/vinegar…. while the food tastes great the serving size for raviolis combined with the level of attention to service and timing does not match the price they are charging.
