Had an absolutely awful experience tonight 5/31/23. Came in and seated myself as the sign says. Store was very non busy and only had 3 other tables occupied at the time. It took 15 minutes for a waitress to attend to my table and ask for our drinks. Drinks came out quick but once it was time to order, we ordered 2 house salads and 1 medium margarita pizza. Salad was brought out 15 minutes later and the pizza was never brought out. I asked why it was taking so long and the waitress said she never put it in and forgot. The store then got busy and we then had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get our pizza. People who came in 30 minutes after us got their food first and we ordered a very simple pizza. On the receipt it said “on the fly” because she forgot the pizza. No apology was offered, no refills were given, and it took way too long for check. It was 14 minutes after I asked for the check until I got it. I was very disappointed as this has happened many times and nothing was done to make up for it. Not even a sorry from the waitress. Very poor customer service and will definitely not be returning due to her actions and unprofessional actions.

Exceeding expectations! The manager Nick, the other manager, our server/party host Jessica, and the rest of the crew there went well out of their way to provide our boy his best birthday party yet! I knew the quality of their pizza was great, but the service and hospitality also sets a very high bar. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

As a regular for many years I have to say the food quality has never let me down! The pizza is always been top notch for those who desire crispy crust like I prefer. I also love the olive oiled based pizzas. The beer is no doubt the coldest I’ve found in Conway. I also find their servers, for the most part, friendly and competent. My favorite is Kaitlyn! Her positive energy is contagious My nightmare is Matt. Never had someone screw up everything from drink, food to check. And then blames it on ME! Avoid him if at all possible! They have been in this location so many years they have to be doing something right

I wish I could say that this brick oven is consistently good but it’s hit or miss. The brick oven in Cabot makes every meal the same every visit. I’m not sure if it’s the staff or if the ingredients are sourced from a different supplier, but the food lately has been undercooked or burnt.
